Hampton Inn Knoxville-West At Cedar Bluff

Gentleman at the front desk was super nice. He shared to doggy rules, which is new since last time I was there with the dogs, but did it in a super nice way. I never leave my pups alone so no issue. Sometimes a parent/child delivery can happen with new rules and new employees but that was not my experience. Nice guy. Also found a wallet by the bushes out back and put it by the back door. Called from the room to let them know so I did not drag the pups through the lobby again to be respectful of non-pup loving peeps.

80 degrees, have pups with me in the car and run to grab an early dinner to go at a restaurant down the street and called it in from their parking lot, with either cash or cc if they could bring it out, sitting in their space for car side delivery, and they said they would only take payment inside or on the app. Not helpful with dogs in car and 80 degrees. Nothing you can do about it.

Kim at Breakfast was wonderful to accommodate my glutin-free and vegetarian diet with glutin-free bread and meat-free omelet. She was a burst of sunshine and attention to everyone, meeting their needs for Breakfast and engaging in friendly conversation. Excellent customer service and engagement. She is the most caring, friendly, helpful and gracious staff person we have met on our 3-month post-pandemic road trip. Freeway convenient, hotel was great location to meet friends we had not seen in 10 years. They were Hilton Rewards members and traveled with their dog. The sitting area near the elevator on our floor was a perfect site to visit with each other. Finally, the Middle Eastern restaurant across the street, confusingly named Mama Mia, was EXCELLENT and welcomed us for a long friendly delicious evening.

The lobby was under construction renovations. I would not have booked a stay if I had known.

Very clean, great staff, decent location about 20 minutes from airport. Beds were comfy and room is spacious. Good breakfast. Nice outdoor fire pit.

Pool was advertised as open but wasn't. It is the winter but still a bit misleading. The wifi is only free to Hilton Honors customers but was given a promo code as a courtesy. They are finishing up some construction but hotel looks clean modern and comfortable.

First off the staff was all very friendly. The hotel itself is super clean(cause it is pet friendly) I was very happy about that cause we have stayed in a few hotels down in that location that are not, due to Dr Apts. The room it's self was really nice ,very clean and we had all of our amenities if you was needing anything else they do offer a mini store next to the front office with everything and I mean everything. They do also have a full breakfast every morning that is included with your price that actually is really good. It is a non smoking hotel. But I'm a smoker and I will tell you this they have the nicest lay out for us smokers in the back with a really nice fire pit on a timer with about 10 to 15 chairs around it and then they also have across from that a a gazebo with about 7 to 8 seats their. So it's very nice to have for us smokers for change. I just figured I would just put that our their cause I was very happy about that, it made my trip even better cause I made new friends while I was out their. We will be staying here on our next trip back down their in the fall.

Their was nothing that I could find to say negative about this hotel. Maybe the only thing was the breakfast was really good and had a wide range of items to chose from but it was alittle cold by the time we got down their so maybe a better way to keep it warm.

The breakfast was really great and the restrooms were very updated and clean. Rooms were spacious.

The bedrooms, appliances, and hallways were very outdated. The bed felt cheap and was not the most comfortable. Pillows were small and thin. The gym bike and peloton were broken. We were excited to use them but we weren’t able to. It felt a little overpriced for what you get.

The location was great. I was about 10 minutes away from most of the places that I visited. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly, helpful and pleasant. I enjoyed my stay. I also enjoyed the pool and fire-pit.

We had to change rooms within the first 10 minutes of our stay. The room was large with a big screen, but the room had ants! They ran us out the room. The staff quickly found me another room, but the room was small and had a small TV. The room did have 2 queen beds in it.

love this location. every time I’m in the area, this is the hotel I choose! friendly staff, comfortable rooms, hot breakfast. love it. The bed is always comfortable, neat and clean!

The Tv remote in my room only worked to change channels. did not turn my television on nor did it adjust the volume. my room was 402. so please make that a part of check lists for rooms also. Second, when I was showering at 11, because I had a late check out, my hot water went cold while I was showering.. chilling experience if I do say so myself.

The food was adequate. Enough to get me started for the day. The bed was very nice. I could have slept in it all day.

The lobby was shown as floor 2 on the elevator, confusing for guests. Didn't know what 2R meant. Not your fault but some folks with long trailers took up 3-5 parking spaces. A school bus also consumed several spaces as well. Parking is a little tight with a full occupancy. Could some areas be designated/marked for these type vehicles?

Room was nice and clean but the hallways were quite in need of cleaning. You can always tell by the build up of dust and dirt and stains in the hallways around the room doors that they haven’t been cleaned in a while! Such a downer for a very nice property.

We loved the location and the nice breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. We really like the gazabo area and the large trees with grass. So relaxing to sit and drink coffee after breakfast.
