Location was perfect. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was one of a kind. Never been able to have breakfast burritos like that, so I enjoyed it completely. The young lady working the breakfast shift was friendly and focused on her responsibility to refill, restock, and keep up with the incredible pace of such a big crowd. Dennis the artistically talented maintenance/shuttle driver was beyond friendly and offered to give me a ride to the airport I wasn't even aware was available to me. All in all, I would recommend to anyone a stay here.

We had a last-minute change of plan due to the weather condition at that time. Hence, we had to look for a place to stay in Bismarck, ND. EverSpring Inn & Suites readily accommodated us! CLEANLINESS: the room is clean! One thing I did not like is a distinct smell upon entering the room. It smells like cleaning stuff type of smell. I brought with me a portable diffuser so that solved the problem easily. Other than that, the cleanliness of the room exceeded my expectations! The first hotel we stopped (for this road trip) where I felt re-assured the washroom is cleaned! :) ROOM: pet-friendly and generous size. my two pooches enjoyed their sleep! The bed is very comfortable as well. CUSTOMER SERVICE: very welcoming and friendly staff upon arrival and departure. They made check-in and check-out process very stress-free. Also, they have accommodated my request for late check-out. LOCATION: close to amenities nearby. VALUE: Cheaper than most high-end hotels but you get the same experience! BREAKFAST: good choices with great quality food. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who are visiting Bismarck, ND.

The price was good. The staff was fine and it was quick to check in considering the military were there with a high number of people entering.

There wasn't anything that I did not like. Some may not like that we had to make our own beds. All bedding was there and clean, but we had to make it up. That's actually a nice idea to save time for hotel workers if short staffed.

Excellent staff. They worked with me so the shuttle met me after dropping the rental car at the airport then also had a time to shuttle us to the air port first thing the next morning to catch our flight home. This was a great ending to a great 2 week vacation. Thank to them all.

I took my son on a vacation through ND, SD, WY and MT. What I did not like was leaving 50ish degree weather in ND and flying to 90+ degree weather in Orlando.... It was all good.....

The room was a little small, and the toilet needed to be cleaned. But other than that the beds were soo comfy!! I loved the pillows too. It was a pretty basic room, but i couldn't complain. I liked the other things, such as the Keurig in the room, the heat adjustment instructions, the hot tub, and breakfast hours were the best! Also the staff are so professional and very helpful. Will be staying here again....oh yeah & my mom & i bought a room here before at another time. And we paid about $70 or $80 for it which was a nice price. But I loved that there was a hot tub in the room! And the room was comfortable too. It also had a couch in the suite room. Such a bonus! <3 The hallways were pretty cold, but the heat works really well. The staff is doing a very good job; if no one has told you, you guys are the best!!

The staff was nice and the lobby was clean. Checking in was easy, they accommodated my requests of extra towels. The rooms are a little outdated with the popcorn ceilings and carpet floors but the rooms are clean, I didn’t feel uncomfortable staying there like I did at a previous hotel.

The walls are thin and I could hear a baby wailing all night.

The location of the hotel was really accessible to the airport and the staff was all nice. We were able to go to the airport on time because of the free airport transfers. Hoping we could stay next time here again! Worth the price

Liked the location, close to eating places and gas stations, and the hospital where we needed to be fir appointments.

The weather; however, that is no one's fault. The parking lot and sidewalks were kept very clean.

There were several people in line to check-in, and they had three people working the desk and got all on our way to rooms in a short time.

Stains on carpet - didn't affect our stay, but just looks bad, in my opinion. Low water pressure.

Loved everything about our stay! Extra appreciation for the wonderful hot tub that stayed open late, and the variety of breakfast food! Keep up the great work of caring for your customers!
