Staff was very friendly, The rooms were very clean and we booked two of them and my granddaughter also got a room. We all enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was great, it included bacon, scrambled eggs, pancakes, hot instant oatmeal toast breakfast bars yogurt boiled eggs cold cereal, juices coffee, Danishes I would recommend to stay here.

Beds were a little stiff for my taste my daughter also didn't like the beds.

The room size was nice and the bathroom was large. The breakfast was nice and had lots of options for simple breakfast choices. Our kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The parking lot was nicely lit, which we like. Location was great! Hotel was very quiet, especially being a friday night, we were happily surprised!!

As with most hotels, the beds could have been more comfortable. We had a double queen room and both beds were on the hard side but one was more comfortable than the other.

Minus the terrible traffic/construction in the area, it’s easy on/off the expressway. Close to lots of amenities. Property was very well-kept. Room was comfortable, beds were very comfortable. Pool and spa are big and enjoyable.

The floor in the breakfast area was SO ridiculously sticky, it was like someone mopped it with maple syrup! It needs to be mopped several times, starting with boiling water. It was a stark contrast to the cleanliness of the rest of the property.

Good breakfast. Wonderful room and bathroom. Your soaps and shampoo were very good quality

Room smelled a tiny bit funky (stale) when we first went in. But it’s humid here, penal very hard to keep things dry and fresh smelling

Fabulously clean. Nice "smart" temperature control in room. Wonderfully comfy beds. Clean, bright white towels. Extensive food options at free breakfast. Friendly & helpful staff including front desk and housekeeping. Quiet rooms.

Needed an exhaust fan in the bathroom. Did not have fresh brewed coffee available for breakfast - guests had to prepare their own individual cup of coffee using a Keurig.

The rooms were nice! The beds were very comfortable. The shower was nice in the king size room

The bathroom in the queen size would have been nice if it was a walk in like the king room. We weren’t there very long. We got in late and had to leave early. The location wasn’t the best because of all the road construction. Very hard to see at night. The breakfast was ok.

The facility was clean and neat. I particularly noticed that the entrance smelled very good when we first walked in! The staff member at the front desk greeted us each time we entered, and was very nice.

Not the hotel's fault, but other guests on our hall allowed their children to race up and down the hallway shouting for quite a long time. We were considering calling the front desk to complain a little after 10 pm as we needed to get to sleep after a long day (the running & shouting began around 6pm) but the parents of those children finally took their kids into their rooms. Hallways are not babysitters, parents!!

The location was great! The food was delicious. I had a problem with the shower head. I didn’t like the water was hitting by body, so I moved it and the shower head fell off! I reported it to the front desk. What else could I do.

Like I mentioned above, everything was great except for the shower head that fell off. The desk person said they’d report it to maintenance.

The Shower was roomy and not in a tight fitting tube arrangement. The night light in the bathroom was a nice touch. The breakfast was nice and enough Everything was clean and fresh.

The location was great and easy to get to. We enjoyed the breakfast and our room was clean and comfortable.

I'd love to see more breakfast options that are gluten free, but that's not really a big complaint.
