Great location! The room was very comfortable and quiet. I wish a complimentary breakfast was available but there is a restaurant on the premises and a Denny’s very close. The staff was very friendly. Very nice place to stay in Bismarck. Free parking is also a plus for the downtown location. My stay was for my husband’s surgery so being able to walk to the hospital was an extra special part of my stay at the Radisson.

No exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Breakfast was good. Location of the restaurant was easy to get to and the staff was great. Room were clean and comfortable. I thought the shower was a little hard to get right but it all worked out.

The shower was a little hard to get to work right but overall it was not a big problem. I had a small issue with checkout as I am with a college and we are tax exempt. Part of the issue was my own fault but it took a little more time and forms to complete than it should have.

Unfortunately my flight left at 6:00 so I had to take the 5:00 departure on the shuttle. So I did not get breakfast :-(. I come to Bismarck two or three times a year and this is my hotel of choice. I actually joined the rewards program this time. They was a huge party going on on the 4th floor and they must have been teenagers young adults running up and down the Halls two three four o'clock in the morning craziness. But that had nothing to do with your establishment.

I wish on those early early flights I could get like a little box lunch to pick up when I catch the shuttle at 4:00 4:30 in the morning. It makes for a long day when you don't get anything to eat at all.

Location is great. You cannot beat this location when you are going to the Belle Mehus. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was nice. Also, another nice feature is the connected parking ramp. There was a mix-up with my third party booking and I was charged twice for the second night, but the staff was great at getting it straightened out quickly.

The hallway noise is very noticeable, can hear what people are saying in the halls. There was only one person working in the lounge, so we left as we didn't have time, and we had already waited about 30 minutes.

The pool/hot tub area was so relaxing! I was able to get some laps in the pool and relax in the hot tub! I also enjoyed the bar. The bartender was friendly and personable, and the fries rock!

Our room was marked as ready, but when we went up to go to our room, it was not. But the front desk CSR had us in a new room so quickly it really didn't matter!

The 3 ladies that work the front desk in the evening were amazing! I drive an over sized vehicle that wouldn’t fit in the over size lot either and instead of just telling me where to park one of them both nights assisted to make sure I wasn’t parking to far away and that I was safe. As a woman that is something huge for me and I truly do appreciate the staff taking the time and caring! For that reason alone I would come back!

Everything. The staff Jill let me preview the queen double and the queen double extended stay rooms to see which one I liked better. Rooms are large either way, we had 3 adults and 2 emotional support dogs (Lab & GSP) and all of us were quite comfortable. Jewlz cooks an awesome hot breakfast with meat eggs and potatoes as well as having fresh fruit, yogurt, hot and cold cereal, toast & a waffle maker. The coffee and juices were good too!! Very clean and comfortable staying/eating. Staff are very professional and always made us feel welcomed. Will definitely stay here again!!!

They only had 2 towels in a room that had 3 occupants, but brought up the extras within seconds. They are very accommodating and the staff are very professional and have great attitudes.

We only stayed the one night. It was good for what we needed it for, a place to lay our head. Kids had fun in the pool and the room was decent, no fridge/microwave but we hardly use them anyways. With the lack of people wanting to work these days, I was happy with this room. There were a few cleaning issues but nothing that would detour me from staying again (hair in the tub, bed spreads lumpy). Again I feel this comes from the lack of employees and the great ones they do have working hard, trying to bust butt, getting thru all the rooms to accommodate for the next batch coming in. This was a very busy weekend as it was a holiday weekend, there were at least 6 weddings in town, plus there was state track going on.

Hotel location excellent for access to relevant areas of Bismarck. Convenience of complimentary airport shuttle is appreciated. Surprise guest social hour in the late afternoon was a nice welcome after a busy afternoon in town. Staff very accommodating with assistance and transportation requests to other businesses/services In Bismarck.

My stay was only one night when I could have enjoyed staying longer.

Bed was extremely comfortable and staff was friendly and I loved that there was a parking garage

Elevator to parking garage was very dirty. There was so fridge in our king room. The price was really high for one night but it was the cheapest in the area.
