The staff at check in (Rota and Jennifer) were top notch! The TV in our room didn't work and because it was a pet friendly room, there was a slight unpleasant smell. Sometimes you will run into a smell in a pet friendly room, so we accepted that; however, the TV in our room was not working. After Rota and I tried multiple ways to make it work it didn't help. Rota reassigned us to another room and even offered to help us move our things. The shower was nice and warm; the bed was perfect and the AC worked great. We would definitely stay here due to the exceptional staff!
Breakfast was offered, but not great. We had coffee and cold cereal, so we didn't go hungry, but we missed a hot breakfast.

Room was nice, well laid-out, good amenities. Love the spa tub. I think soundproofing in the walls is good, we didn't hear any other guests in other rooms, I don't think anyone heard us since there were no complaints LOL! We'll be back.
Bedding/blankets were a bit minimal and thin, they left something to be desired. The spa tub needs a MUCH longer timer than 15 minutes, and it'd be great if the dial were easier to reach without having to get out. A towel hook on the wall next to the tub would be appropriate.

Everything was better than we expected! The room was spacious, clean and had a micro, safe and coffee (didn't expect those)! The bed was comfortable and fresh. We enjoyed the hot and fresh breakfast, too. Also, the front desk clerks (Sarah and Brian) were so friendly and helpful. You are very lucky to have that caliber of people working for you.

I liked the hot breakfast and how awesome the staff was. They were very nice and helpful. I also like that there was laundry facilities. Most places don't have a laundry facility. The pool area was nice and spacious to.
I got a pool side room and it was pretty stuff. The bathroom was very small. But that is really the only thing I could say I didn't care for.

The room was a great value and the hotel was close to a lot of business
This hotel was listed as pet friendly but when I mentioned to staff upon check in the receptionist had a fit over it. He claimed that the website was lying and I should have called to verify for sure about their pet policy. Days Inn website states that all of their hotels are pet friendly. I had been driving twelve hours at that point and it was beyond the point of being able to cancel and find somewhere else to stay without penalty. After throwing the fit about the dog and claiming dogs couldn't be in hotels due to allergies, he recanted and let my dog stay.

Was stuck in Bismarck after attending a Bull sale in Mandan and was glad to get a room,bed was comfortable,room was clean, we left early to get back home so didn’t have breakfast but when we left coffee was on ,we could of had breakfast but husband wanted to get home as we have 200 head of cattle we only usually leave for one night and this was our second night in Bismarck/Mandan! We have stayed before and breakfast was always good!

Best pool yet! Big enough to do laps. Staff was very friendly. A bit older hotel, but clean and kept up. Would stay there again
Better variety of breakfast food. Carpets in entry way and stairs needed to be vacuumed. We only had one bath towel per person. I like at least two.

Location, convenient, friendly staff
My husband has a disability and staff moved us to a handicap room, which I was SO GRATEFUL for. However, there was no shower chair or anything for any disabled person to sit on while showering. This is a huge safety concern. I strongly suggest they address this.

The lady that checked us in was nice but didn't give me any info about the pool, fitness room or when breakfast would start. Luckily the gentleman that gave us an ice bucket also gave us all of that information!

Bed very comfy, would have liked little heavier blanket. Lighting over sink was nice and bright.
Fan that ran on its own frequently in bathroom, lighting was dismal in bathroom, tv small for size of room, Bedside lamps dim lighting.
