Nice big room. family went to the pool and they really enjoyed that time.

the coffee pot in room 226 was missing a hose so coffee wasn’t made in room, plus there was an old coffee pod setting in it. I really don’t like having to clean the coffee pot before I try to use it, I have to do that at home. the shower was shooting more water out of the faucet rather than the shower head. other than that all was good.

The manager of this place is top notch!! The continental breakfast is excellent. The pool area is nice and confined, which makes it easy to watch your kiddos. The rooms were clean and spacious.

We use to be able to use a balcony in the pool area for birthday parties. There evidently is a safety concern, as they would not let us use it. This made it a bit difficult catering food and beverages.

Front desk lady wasn’t the nicer. After booking 3 rooms for 3 families with kids we received email confirming our stay that also said the pool was open till 11. Kids were very excited. We got to hotel at 9:44 and learned that pool closes at 10. I mentioned the email but she just said closes at 10. Kids rushed to pool actually before getting to their rooms. She came 5 min later and started turning lights off. Very disappointed. Also sheets had makeup spots.

Location was so great for the conference we attended. Lots of restaurants nearby we could even walk to.

We were told when making reservation the pool would be open until 11 pm, but when we tried to use it around 10, sign on the door said it was closed at 10 pm. Disappointing. Also found a piece of chewed gum someone had stashed on a shelf. Other than that gum though, the room was nice and clean and very comfortable.

We were only there for one night so we didn’t go out really to explore the location. The breakfast wasn’t the best but probably due to Covid. Instead of a continen breakfast, we were given bags with dry, cold bagels, English muffins etc. a few pieces of fruit were available and some nutrigrain bars. And it was all to be taken to go.

The breakfast was disappointing. The pool area, while very cool and fun didn’t have anyone there watching so there were lots of bigger kids climbing onto the outside of the slide and jumping off even when other people were going down the slide and things like that so my younger kids were a little nervous to go down the slide.

Of all the hotels we’ve stayed at over our holiday this had the best breakfast and had multiple staff members restocking it. Clean, well maintained facility.

Floors are pretty thin so request to stay on the top floor unless you want to hear every step your upstairs neighbour takes

We always stay here for the amenities and the location which are typically always great. We had 3 rooms to celebrate family birthday parties.

The rooms could be a bit cleaner. When we entered our room we hardly had any toilet paper left in the bathrooms, comma and there were definitely signs definitely signs that someone had been using the room.

The pool is always awesome for the kids. Bed was comfortable and room was updated. Evening front desk man was courteous and professional.

There was gum under our heater, kids found it. The late morning staff was unpleasant and decided to have a personal conversation while I waited at the desk.

my room I had the hot tub suit and it kinda spelled a little moldy (the hot water would leaked when you turned on the tub) and the tub was dirty so I just got some cleaner and cleaned it well so I could use it but everything else seemed great

Everything was very good. I’d like to see more gluten free choices on the breakfast buffet. Thanks. Liked the pool really well but too much chlorine in the hot tub..
