Stayed for 1 week. The staff were amazing. Both the reception and housekeeping staff were quite pleasant and helpful. The room was adequate and we even had a fridge. Beds were comfortable. No desk/table in the room, but, as were were just there to sleep, it was fine. Bathroom was clean, modern and big. No coffee/tea facility in toom, but it is provided in the lobby each morning. The general area was very good. It is on a side street, but less than 10 minutes walk to Times Square. Lots of restaurants and bars in close proximity and Broadway is on your doorstep.

Nothing, everything was what we expected.

Everything was perfect for what I needed the room was small but all I needed was a standard bed which they had, a desk which was more than adequate, a mini fridge which was perfect, a place to hang my clothes which was good, and a nice bathroom with lots of hot water excellent!!

It was a bit dingy because it’s an old hotel but that is fine it was clean. There are people that live at this place and the gentleman next to me smoked a couple times so I had to ask them to stop so I bought some Lysol and air fresheners which was fine. That was the only drawback but it was a small drawback in comparison with everything else which was wonderful!

The location is perfect. Less than a mile from Times Square and Hell's Kitchen. So many restaurants and bars within a short distance. 50th Street subway around the corner. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. My friends and I in all spent 11 nights. Check out Carla's, ViceVersa and Blue Dog within a few doors of the hotel. Great food and hospitality without straying too far.

The rooms are very small. My 2 friends and I reserved queen bed rooms. Mine was very small with hardly room to move around the bed, chair and wardrobe. One of the friend's room was even smaller than mine. My third friend's room (one of the renovated ones) was smaller still; so small there wasn't even room for a wardrobe. 2 of us were in unrenovated rooms and they are really, really tired. But, the rooms were all clean, well-serviced each day and the beds were comfortable. Plus, we were out most of the day anyway.

Breakfast was not provided only coffee & water which was an inconvenience. Had to walk long distance to get breakfast. However, the location was excellent to major sites and subway. The rooms were INCREDIBLY small not worth the cost but worth the location. I guess you can't have it all. The staff was very nice and the hotel was very clean. I asked for a microwave for the room and was delivered within minutes!

The rooms were newly updated and modern with what I’m calling a minimalist thing but it’s within walking distance from Times Square and many other popular locations, with so many places to grab a quick meal it makes up for it.

The open shower flooded the bathroom floor, we needed to use most of the towels for the water. Someone needs to a second drain on the side to eliminate the flooding. One other thing is it had no in room coffee pot, fridge, or on site ice machine. not really into the whole minimalist thing but we made it through. PS they will give you ice if you ask for it ;)
