Staff were excellent. Joseph at front desk was the most calmest and understanding person ever met in a crazy city like NY wow credit to the hotel! Madhusa was brilliant took time out to have a good conversation with us explained the area where to go surrounding areas, paid real attention to us. Hotel was clean right in the middle of NYC yet not noisy, room 2903 had a great view next to elevator but not disturbed at all by the noise.

Would have liked a water station or ice machine on our floor. Checkin process was a bit awkward was passed between staff made to feel like they did not want to check us in but they must have been tired and eventually checkin went smooth after they found the TV was mot working I think we got moved a room. The room did get very humid but that's NYC summer weather I believe.

Staff was amazing. I received a gift bag for my birthday. And staff was positive and helpful for every request I had. Breakfast was delicious but a bit overcrowded. I ate in my room. Location was great. And again staff made it amazing. Bed was comfortable and room was so clean. Highly recommend for the Times Square area. A subway stop was just a couple hundred feet from the door. Also they arranged affordable transportation from our hotel to La Guardia. Every single employee took Their job seriously and excellence was the result.

Elevators were slow at breakfast time only. Doors were very solid but incredibly loud when they shut. Perhaps put a delay on them?

The staff was great from beginning to end. They even helped by making a gift bag for my granddaughters 13 birthday. The location is close to everything. Rooms were very nice.

Only 2 working elevators for 32 floors... Made it difficult leaving in the morning with the wait being as high as 20 minutes at times

The location was perfect for celebrating with my husband for his Birthday; especially seeing a Broadway Play and dinner. The staff, but especially the hospitable breakfast staff and the scrumptious "all you can eat" breakfast was just delightful. Special mention to Jorge, Carmen, Fatima and the other attendant in the eating area(her name slips me) they were simply superb! And we were able to do a quick work-out in the fitness center.

There was a littler challenge with the elevators, of course many guests were checking out at the same time, waited a long time to get an empty elevator, that even when one did stop, they were still quite full? I also did not see a little refrigerator? just in case we had leftovers from dinner or to store a cold beverage.

My sister and I were so happy that we could drop off our luggage at noon the day we arrived. This meant we could do some sightseeing before checking in. The person who helped us was named Joeseph, he was very pleasant. We wanted a hotel that was a short walk from the theater where we had evening tickets. We were worried about feeling safe at night, but we felt very safe walking back to the hotel after the show.

The hotel was expensive! To be fair, it seemed like all hotels in New York City are very, very expensive. Two days in New York City cost the same as 7 days we spent in Phoenix earlier this spring.

Great location for, broadway, Times Square and subway access Modern room, small but not too cramped. Clean. Very convenient breakfast, mostly cheerful staff.

Problems with check-in: reservation cancelled because I’d booked from Sunday as I was arriving very 5am on Monday and didn’t want to wait for 3pm check in. When I arrived early Monday morning my reservation had been cancelled and the receptionist was unhelpful and rude about sorting it out. But she did eventually and the rest of the stay was great. Long elevator waits at peak morning breakfast times, so try to avoid these Breakfast room can’t accommodate many people, so avoid peak usage times Ice machines only on a few floors and several didn’t work

The room has very little storage space. For more than two people, the room is completely insufficient due to the storage space. The weakest part of the entire stay was the breakfast. Paper plates, plastic cutlery and cups. Every day the same poor breakfast. Egg omelette, potatoes, sliced ​​sausage, cake, waffles. Still the same breakfast that is wished for after two days. The room where breakfast is served is very small. Not enough for a hotel with so many rooms.

Honestly! AMAZING ALL! I recomend this hotel to anyone.i write this reveiw after reading few of the previos negative comments which was not far at all. THE BEST LOCATION IN NY! SO EASY, FAST AND HELPFUL STAFF The elevators where not at all an issue - very fast i can say ,we never waited more then 2 min Free unlimited ready hot tea and coffe all the time Clean all room, bathroom , all around Wifi fast All you ever want when going to NY is there 2 min walk from Times Square 1 min walk from subway 5 min walk from the tour buses All restaurants around Very good price for all that And managed very nicely by Hilton I would choose the same hotel all over again

I loved it

The location of the property is outstanding. We were in the heart of the theater district, just across the street from the main subway station. The rooms were good-sized (although ours looked out into a back alley and we couldn't get cell phone reception in our room) and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The elevators sometimes took a long time. The breakfast was plentiful and quite good, although the breakfast room was overcrowded and hot. We ended up taking our food to our room. Overall, our stay was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel.
