Room was clean, which was my primary criteria and the reason we paid the price versus cheaper hotels. Beds were comfortable, sofa was great placed under the window for reading, decor was stylish. Very pleased.
Phone wouldn't work at all, couldn't set a wake-up call, couldn't order room service or get info from the concierge. Looked for a book about the hotel restaurant, couldn't find it, couldn't call front desk, so just ate our leftovers and travel food..... next morning we found the QR code for the restaurant on a small paper. Need to make it more obvious, or better yet, fix the phone.

Thoroughly enjoyed sitting around the gas fire pit. Conveniently located for dining and shopping pleasures. Morning of our departure we dined at Johnnies breakfast buffet. The food selection was fresh and yummy! We'll definitely return next year at this same time for our annual friend gathering!!
The room did not offer any literature for local shopping and dining suggestions.

Facility was clean and classic Lobby was comfortable and spacious. Coffee was nice. Front desk folks were super. The room… terrific space. Maybe a couple directions on how to use the remote, but I figured it out. Great time by whole group

The property indicated that it didn’t have a reservation for me . Booking.com took care of it, but I didn’t get the exact room I wanted. The property gave me two rooms to compensate.

There is no free breakfast and we did not go into the area where you could eat or take out breakfast. The hotel was new, comfortable and the staff were exceptional; involved and friendly. There are great food opportunities and shopping in the 2 malls that essentially border the hotel property.
Having a microwave in the room would have been nice. We had real problems with the AC in the middle of the night, which woke us up due to the stuffy stillness. Since you can not open the windows, they need to upgrade their system sir that it is easier to set a target temperature and so that the fan can be set to stay on even if the AC is not cooling or heating.

No trash bags for containers anywhere. We felt bad for leaving trash stacked on top of each other but no nothing else to do with it

I like the breakfast options. I like the electric vehicle charging stations.
Price was high compared to other motels in area. The electric charging stations are at the farthest distance from the doors. None of the doors near the chargers were unlocked. Windows in the room were very cold compared to other motels I have visited in the area.

The selection of soda in the vending machine was not very good. Only regular and diet Pepsi. I would have liked a 7Up or Sprite choice as well.

Location was great - within minutes of everything we were visiting / doing.
The bed/pillows were extremely uncomfortable. I woke up the next morning in a lot of pain in my back. Pillows had no support.
