A staff person named Michael switched me into another room after I found the television wasn't working in my original room. I told him that was hall of fame hospitality service because I had just driven 500 miles to get there and I was prepared to go to another hotel if the problem wasn't fixed. His quick thinking kept me as a customer.

The bed was great, TV was good, jetted tub was awesome, blow-dryer worked well, mini kitchen was great, towels were nice, nice closet had mirrored doors, including ironing board and iron, everything seemed clean, enjoyed making my own coffee in the room with everything provided there. Would have enjoyed the pool too but didn't bring our suits. Only stayed one night so didn't enjoy the exercise room, but great thing to have. The common lounge with the fireplace and TV where we ate our breakfast was an inviting area.
There were no spoons or forks in the kitchen but I'm sure I could have asked for some if I really wanted them. I used a knife to stir my coffee. There were no eggs and bacon left when we went to breakfast at 8. It took a while for any more to show up. So we just ate toast and waffles, the waffle makers were really nice, though.

comfortable bed, big room, liked the kitchenette, normal size fridge, liked the view of the pond, would definitely stay again
we had a 2 day stay. they didn’t take the garbage, take our dirty towels, give us clean towels, make our bed the next day. we went to the front desk around 4:00. she said we had to ask to have that done. we don’t know that. she gave us clean towels but nothing else got done.

A/c has no fresh air. Can’t open windows so room was stuffy unless full ac was blowing then cold on the couch but warm still in the bed.

Breakfast was great. A lot of options. However, when they were out of silverware, none of the kitchen staff spoke English so I looked up how to say silverware in Spanish. But otherwise it was amazing.
At first the pool air got very cloudy and smelled like chemicals. Then, staff came and turned on some type of filtration and it got better.
