Everything was just wonderful. We had a great dinner at hotel's Waterfall Grille Restaurant & Lounge (rainy weather did not allow us walk outside), we enjoyed the hotel's pool as well. The room we got was on 9th floor, so we got a great view from very comfortable room. We had an amazing night at the Sheraton, and definitely would recommend to stay there.
Actually, it is not the hotel's issue, but we had to check out and leave earlier next morning, so we missed breakfast that was included in our package. Again - not the hotel's mistake.

we were told if we arrived at the hotel by 10 we could eat we had not eaten all day. We walked into the restaurant and Norah was probably the most rude person I’ve ever met in my life she treated us like we were dirt she told us we couldn’t eat there, because the kitchen closed at 9:45 when we were told it closed at 10. I have never been so insulted by an employee of a service establishment in my life. The cook did eventually make us dinner, but Norah did not apologize, or even speak to us again. this one employees rudeness, ruined our stay there.

That it didn’t have a hot tub! We reserved a room with a single queen size bed. The bed we had seemed like a full size bed, very small and not comfortable. Both my boyfriend and I woke up with sore backs, not able to sleep.

Pool was very nice. Good coffee. I like that you provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion.
Room did not have a refrigerator or microwave. Took forever to get on the elevator.

I wish the room had a bigger mini fridge. I needed a fridge for breastmilk and had to ask for one. I was able to get a mini fridge which made it a little difficult.

Love the area ! Rooms are well kept, clean and spacious. Very nice place with realistic cost especially how things are over priced these days. Will definitely stay again.
