Good location, clean rooms, great staff. Very nice sitting area outside by the fire pit.
The breakfast was not great (really it was probably about the same as most hotels, but fake omelets sitting in a pan of water was not appealing). The property could use a fresh coat of paint in certain areas.

Great location, across the street from the Jordan Creek Mall and very easy access to lots of different places to eat. Very accommodating for our large group of 12 plus a dog! Facilities in the rooms included a fridge, stove, dishwasher, and kitchen supplies. Perfect for us!
Breakfast was a definite low. Even with Covid restrictions and no ability to provide customary hot breakfasts or breakfast buffets, a bag with an orange, granola bar, and drink was pretty sad. There are definitely ways to make a "to-go" breakfast more filling and appealing and the $$ that is being saved by not having the full breakfast options could be put to use much better.

the staff was friendly and helpful. breakfast was ready early and yummy. we were late for check in due to a bad accident and they held our room for us. Josh was amazing and so extremely helpful!

This is always our go to location for our annual Christmas shopping trip with just my husband and I. This is a well maintained hotel with friendly staff. We always book here because we have never had anything bad to say.

I loved the fact that the room had a bed tray. My kids thought it was amazing.
My kids weren't to impressed with the breakfast. I would suggest getting individual cereal especially If you have children stay often.

Everything. The room was nice a big. The bed was soft and so comfy. The staff was very friendly. You couldn't hear the people in the hallway either.

It was a very nice sized room and very clean. Close to tons of restaurants, theater, mall, and other shopping areas. The staff was also friendly. I would stay here every time I'd get the chance.

TV was a little small and awkwardly placed to the left side of the bed.
