Very friendly and nice employees from food service crew to front desk crew. Cleanliness of rooms, bedding, building and facilities. Missing were berries and whipped cream. I bring my own grapefruit but was pleased that bananas were available as well as slivered almonds, pecans, dried cherries and cranberries which I ate straight as granola type. I'm allergic to eggs and don;t eat pork products so those were out. Although I liked the cream cheese and pumpernickel bagels, I would prefer organic multiseeded, multi-grain organic bagels (unlikely in Pembroke Pines). Just the vibe and cleanliness has us coming back every time to visit in-laws.

If there was number more than 11 to rate place I would. I would rate this place more than 20. AND MAIN REASON IS YOU STAFF MEMBERS. They did a GREAT JOB. Beyond my expectations. There was a short Spanish lady who was preparing breakfast, I think her name was Grace she was so so nice she prepared vegan patties for us ESPECIALLY because she knew from the first night we stayed we were vegetarian. She was being so kind and pleasant to every customer there, she deserves a raise.

We loved our Christmas stay at the Fairfield Inn and Suites. The location was perfect for visiting all of our family in the Pembroke Pines/Miami area with easy access to the interstate and a good location for the main roads. The room (King suite) was very nice for a stay of a few days with a large sofa, king bed and room to spread out. For travelers with children the downside would be that the living area and the bedroom area are together with no separation if you have children you want to put to bed early. For a couple it was a fine arrangement. The bed was comfortable and the ac/heat was easily controlled. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had in a long time with eggs, meat, oatmeal, and plenty of good bread and bagels, plus a waffle machine for the kids (and my husband.) This is definitely going to be our go-to hotel for future trips.

You must have a car available for this hotel to work for you as there is no shopping/eating available within walking distance.

The room was efficient, well equipped, and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Microwave, refrigerator, and coffee station made it a usable home away from home.

The office chair was a joke. it was usable only as either a stool, or a dangerous recliner. It could not be adjusted to be a usable desk chair. Staff instruction regarding internet access were just plain wrong for my room. It had wired ethernet - which was secure and great. But both the ethernet and the streaming TV station suffered from loose cable connections causing intermittency.

I came in late Neivien was great and accommodating, we did not have shower gel and front desk staff came right away

The room had a foul odor in the room on first night, the couch had very dirty stains it is as if we were given a room that wasn't thoroughly cleaned the next day housekeeping cleaned it and the odor wasn't there anymore. The bed was halfway made up the Sheets Were balled up and it just wasn't settling. I did not have a chance to speak with the front desk about it or even to ask to change our room because we were very busy to do so.

The breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of choices & seating in the room was comfortable. All of the ladies were very friendly & attentive in maintaining the buffet area well stocked & very clean. The custodians did an excellent job of cleaning & maintaining both the outside & interior of the entire hotel. The location of the hotel was convenient to enjoying Pembroke Pines mall & all of the restaurants there were excellent!

Would have liked for the rooms to be cleaned every 2 days rather than 3, however, when asked for essentials like towels, shampoo & conditioner, the front desk was helpful.

Was very pleasantly surprised - everything was just perfect! From easy on-site parking, very efficient and friendly check-in, exceptionally large room with high ceiling, and superb shower. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was very good, with many choices and options.

We honestly couldn't find fault with anything!

Close to many shopping malls and restaurants.

The door to the room kept getting stuck, needs to be adjusted. Also there was a few flying ants around the lights by the living room which we sprayed to kill them.

I like everything. The room we stayed at 4th floor was vet cozy. As soon as you enter it smells good and all the bedding and stuff are clean. The lobby was tidy. The staff was very friendly. The complimentary breakfast was great. I cannot complain. Will definitely come back.

The hotel is awesome, the front desk staff very pleasant, attentive and friendly, clean, quite, new place.

Lady lady that serve the breakfast in the morning left us with a very sour taste in the morning of the hotel. She had an attitude as if she didn't want be there or perhaps she was bother that the guess stopped to get the breakfast. At first I thought it was just us but as we sat and eat we noticed that it was towards other patrons. We decided if we ever stay there again we just skip breakfast and go somewhere else to eat even thought its included, That how disappointed I left the place.
