At 10:48 am Jacqueline in housekeeping banged on my door, I responded and proceeded to the door but before I could open the door she flung the door open to ask if I was checking out! UNACCEPTABLE! Jacqueline should’ve received a roster of anticipated checkouts for 9/6 and shouldn’t go door to door disturbing guests before checkout at 12pm! Somebody needs to do some training!

Staff was friendly, we checked in and was greeted by Patricia who was extremely helpful. She was very attentive to the fact the we needed a quiet nice scenery because my wife was having a medical procedure and needed sufficient rest. She was gracious enough to set us up on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool. They are lucky to have her.

The TV channels are lacking. Bed may be a little too soft, but definitely hard to complain about.

The overall appearance and cleanliness was. The room was very relaxing and comfortable.

Didn’t like the breakfast selections as the food was cold. Only had one container of coffee available as there were long lines waiting for coffee. Way to time consuming. Upon checking, I directed the clerk to place my incentives on my credit card when I handed it to him. I checked my account the next day and those charges, that were to come of if nothing was charged, was applied to my debit card. I was so livid because I had funds in my account waiting for bills to automatically come out as he risked my bills being declined due to insufficient funds. I will never stay at this hotel ever again. Front desk clerks just can’t follow simple instructions. And to think, he took my card and told me ok. Seriously!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Well we arrived late cause we drove from GA to celebrate or my sisters birthday and everything really ran late. But, Markiese I believe his name is, he come in at 11pm, could be spelling it wrong but was absolutely amazing, our room was given away so her got a King instead of 2 queens BUT HE MADE US FEEL SO COMOFRTABLE with a roll away ASAP, towels and linen was bought to the room immediately. The next day received a call from John which adjusted our rate due to the mix up.... This was so unexpected but amazing and exciting for us all.... Extra birthday gifts for sure.... I plan on returning for my birthday in April as well ...Than you much Springhill Suites for the memories.. Teresa Sardine

great location

breakfast was horrible. coffee was cold and when staff was informed, we were told it was made about 5:30 in the morning and it was a little after 8 which tells us they are using a thermostat rather than an applicable that is plugged I to continuously keep hit brewage hot. Eggs were disgusting and sausages were pale and needed to be cooked more. front desk was super delightful when greeting guests. I’ll still go back with certain things in mind.

the room was so pretty and neat ,the staff was helpful and professional, location was good but kinda far from things we took a wrong turn trying to get to the hotel and had to drive 10 miles to come back, the shower was relaxing and comfortable 10/10 would definitely come back

it was expensive but l understand it’s the holidays and prices go up the prices was still 10x better then other hotels other then that it’s amazing loved it!

Close to stadium and restaurants…excellent location if your coming for football! We booked a 2nd stay we enjoyed it so much.

No restaurant on the property was really the only downfall. The location makes up for it w lots near by. Also they have a great breakfast bar in the morning which we enjoyed.

reasonable good location to get to and from the 2022 Miami Open tennis tournament at Hardrock Stadium.

we had been surprised that the room had not been done up every day rather than only at the end of our stay, but we believe that is because of the suites categories. The Receptionist staff have been very friendly while staff at breakfast just did their job and less friendly.

The location is close to highway, but still quiet. Easy to get everywhere. The staff is kind and the room and common areas were kept clean. Covid protocols were observed and enforced everywhere which makes me feel safe. The rooms are also well decorated and very spacious.

The breakfast was a little meager but it is hard to tell if this is because of covid or not. Options: cold cereal, milk, bacon, eggs, juice, toast, and I believe there was a waffle station. Expected fruit, veggies, and an oatmeal based on previous pictures and typical continental menus but the staff was at least kind in serving and maintaining enough for all to enjoy.

We had an excellent stay. Check-in was smooth and our room was amazingly clean and comfortable. It was a quiet stay, not a lot of noise or disruptions. The breakfast was continental style, but still convenient. I would definitely stay again!

Cable options weren't the best! But glad that they had streaming services we could sign in to.
