Although the breakfast was just average, I did like the hot make-yourself waffles. Very pleasant staff. We spent the evening sitting out on the spacious patio. It was a very warm evening, so the shaded patio, nice view, tables, and overhead fans provided space for a relaxed dinner and lovely, long conversation. Without a car, dinner delivery was a must for us.

The hotel was a long way from the Ft Lauderdale airport and cruise terminal, both of which we used. Other than the location, everything was great. Oh, except for a lack of regular black tea! Tea drinkers, BYO.

I loved the complimentary breakfast, friendly staff.. The location was nice, very close to the stadium. My room was spacious, I had a suite and it was enough room to put a blow up bed maybe 2 and still have room. Not to mention the sofa is also a sleeper.

I hated that the elevator stopped working on one side because of water pouring from the 4th floor so your wait time to get back to your room was so long

Cleanliness. Comfortable bed. Well appointed room. Large TV. Decent wifi. Quality finishes. Nice pool.

Theses are very minor criticisms: The grout in the bathroom floor needs bleaching. One tiny packet of sugar is not enough for a cup of in-room coffee. There was a lot of noise from the cleaning supply closet/room being opened and shut multiple times in the morning as the cleaning staff went about their morning routine.

very accommodating I had an earlier flight and was very tired and asked for a early check in with in an hour maybe less they told me I was able to check in by 12 noon very much appreciated very friendly clean and the breakfast was great as well will recommend others to stay here

Clean have stayed here previously with no problems. This time flight arrives early waited until after 3 to check in. I was told in a not so nice way that the room was not ready and she didn’t know when it would be. I commented I thought check in was after three. I was told in a very abrupt “I don’t want to be bothered kind of way” that the room would be ready some Time after 3 and she didn’t know when it would be. No, I’m sorry your room is not ready or we will call you when it’s ready. She was really quite rude. After killing time for another 2 hours I called and the young man that answered was very kind.

The property was fine.

The room was clean, supplied and the bed was very comfortable. I loved the double blinds as well.

Breakfast was only bacon and mini quiche. I was looking for eggs, sausage grits or pancakes or waffles. I waited 5 minutes + to get someone to the counter to ask about breakfast. I had to walk into the kitchen and holler ‘hello’ to finally bring the young girl out front to serve the other 4 people who had also been waiting about 10 minutes. We could hear someone in the back but they never answered our calls. There was also cold cereal, yogurt.

Breakfast was good, the girls working the breakfast were absolutely great. They also cleaned our room ,A+ with theses girls. Front desk was easy and effortless to check in and out. Just keeps rates reasonable and the property will do great.

Our room only had a chair to sit in, the other units had sofa and chair. When guest came over no where to sit . Unit was large enough for full sofa and chair. Plus the chair was wierd very deep back support, your legs would be in th air ,like it was needing a back cushion.

The breakfast was delicious, a great variety, a d hot. The choices were great and met our dietary needs. The area was centrally located, and clean with friendly people.

Nothing that I noticed or experienced. I could not fin anything wrong on this trip.

I didn't have the breakfast but I loved everything else. We were there for our family reunion and the hotel was great.

Everything was great. We didn't have any complaints. The front desk staff was exceptional.

Everything was very nice and we had a lovely time

Only thing I didn’t care for to much was hearing people in the hall when they walked by my room in the middle of the night, but it was just for a few seconds. So I didn’t mind to much
