This location was super convenient to shopping, food, gas, I-75, attractions and much more. The hotel was amazing. Breakfast was great. The room was comfortable. A really good stay!

We had to make too many calls about cleaning. The staff is super responsive but it was definitely an interruption to my hectic work schedule to have to manage that conversation. Again, if you speak to the staff, they will respond immediately.

Overall, comfortable, spacious rooms. Nice to have both a big desk and a couch in the room. The Wifi worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful whenever I interacted with them.

My biggest problem with this place was the bed. There was a slightly unpleasant smell around it, I couldn't put my finger on exactly what it was. But I will say this...the comforter was not a duvet and therefore did not seem to be machine washable, and it was OLD...part of the underside of it was coming apart. Also, when I walked by the room where they do laundry, any time it was running, the machines were absolutely packed so full that nothing could move. So I doubt the sheets and towels are getting very clean, which may account for some of that smell... Also, make sure your room isn't near the elevators. The door does not block out the sound well at all, and I could hear people coming and going and the "ding" of the elevator all day and well into the night.

It was close to where my husband needed to have a test done for a kidney transplant 

What I didn’t like was the pillows on the beds are very mushy and there was only three carts to be able to take your stuff in and out of the hotel and we had several things because my husband is on kidney dialysis and we had several things that we needed to bring in and out and there was no carts  available .

The location in Miramar is just perfect. Quiet place with no traffic with supermarkets and Malls nearby. I strongly recommend Pembroke Malls, nice and quiet place, a rarity in the Miami area, with good prices. The room was impeccable with a kitchenette and all the appliances you need. We appreciated that we didn't get the classical 3 plates for 3, we had 6 of them, same with all the kitchenware. Special points for the employees, smiling competent people that will make your stay the best. We happened to see the manager on his morning talk where he revised the comments revised and saying some words that we really liked. It went something like: "Remember to smile, say hello, ask and wish a nice day, small gestures make a better day for our guests" We are also very thankful to the lady that gave us breakfast after 9, we confused the hours, making sure we had what we wanted.

No safe, not really something we really needed, but it was not there.

Great location

Staff lied in regard $100 deposit towards accident which I was ok but later to find out that it was all lies $100 was towards parking I was never inform of that and when ask for refund I was told no even telling them them staff lied and misleading…. For that I will never stay in that location and what’s sad is that every state I travel too I only stay in one hotel… horrible horrible

Location was excellent for attending the Miami Open tennis tournament. Breakfast was very good. Staff were very friendly too

The elevator was being inspected around 9am and we had one person with a medical condition that couldn’t use the stairs. The maintenance people did their best to help us. I recognize this was an unusual incident but it was inconvenient.

The facility was clean. The room was clean and smelled very good. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice as well. The room was fully loaded with a full fridge and freezer, plates, dishwasher, and glass cups, and a sink.

There wasn't any tissue in the bathroom. There are minor maintenance problems that should be fixed in the bathroom. The culk in and around the tub, the water didn't drain like normal.

Everyone was very nice despite minor issue with soda being a little damaged and housekeeping opening our door. Breakfast was good for a simple continental! It was a very comfortable stay and the rooms amenities surprised us in the most positive way. Our son also loved the hotel and staff as well! Thank you for taking care of us!

I had to leave my home for 2 weeks for emergency plumbing repairs and mold removal , in the middle of Spring Break. I found this Home 2 nearby, and pet friendly. So, my family, including you little dog, booked for 2 weeks. This Home2 was clean, comfortable, and in a great central location. The pool was clean with a patio table and barbecue grill. WiFi was excellent... especially since my kids had to continue with their home schooling. The best thing about my stay was the staff. Everyone was friendly and professional. I especially appreciated Ariel, at the front desk; she was always so friendly and helpful. I will definitely return to this Home2 if need arises again.

Someone had been smoking pot in the stairway. I had decided to go down the stairs for exercise. The smell was terrible. Other than this, everything else was great.

The receptionist that worked during morning hours is top notch! She’s so warm, kind helpful. She’s very jovial and kept us laughing.

The rooms weren’t cleaned for the time we were there. Not very close in terms of location too many places. Due to numerous turns to get into the nook where the hotel is.
