I stayed here before cruising and the location to the port was good considering this property was much cheaper than those close to the port. I was a solo female traveller and also felt very safe. I had a really comfortable stay. The room was exceptionally clean and the staff were all friendly!
The general price of the restaurant was very expensive and also the shop in the hotel (which I understand is a convenience store so that’s expected). But for the quality of the breakfast it was pricey. The housekeeper did knock on my door at 11 which I don’t think she should have done (to check if checked out -check out is 12)

Everything was excellent. Due to my husband having heart surgery at the Cleveland Clinic, we picked this Marriott because it is very safe, close to the clinic, and everyone is so accommodating. From the ladies and men at the front desk to the young people always cleaning, and also the very kind Housekeepers, and I cannot forget the ladies and the Chef in the Bistro. They are all assets to your company.
Everything was great. I used the laundry room, which was quite clean. I always saw someone cleaning, moping or dusting and I stayed for 3 weeks. Everyone wore a mask and the ladies at the Bistro were always friendly. There was nothing I did not like.

maybe 1 extra trashbag in the room would be fine. A microwave oven would be very welcome, and extra coffee or teabags for those who drinks coffee or tea to chill. Another fridge would be very welcome (with a compartment for ice)

This is one of the most comfortable and nice hotels I've stayed in. The beds and especially the pillows were super comfortable. We had a king room with a small couch that was very nice. The TV was large and sharp. Solid wi-fi.
Would have like a hot tub, but the pool was very nice.

location is perfect. walking distance to a beautiful outdoor on the water bars and restaurants. if you are stuck in suburb then this is the best. The staff very helpful especially the manager Johanna (spelling).
Some rooms had highway noise but the fan blocked that. The pool could be cozier.

Really it was all great. Did not care for the bistro food offered. Pretty expensive for what it was.
The couch with its decorative pillows in the room smelled really like a sweaty locker room. Really needed cleaning. Also the chairs in the common lobby area seemed worn and dirty.

Convenience of location, hospital discount, for the most part it was very clean, friendly staff.
Rate was a bit expensive. Sink faucet was to shallow, made it awkward to use when trying to wash our hands, toilet was way TOO low, and seemed outdated.

The facilities, surroundings, and staff. Convenient to Cleveland Clinic. Jared, front desk clerk, and Victoria, Bistro Bartender, were standouts. This Courtyard is our go-to place when we come back to the area.
