I loved the staff Rita and a Wonderful lady who worked the morning shift . Her name started with a S or C they were fabulous. Enjoyed speaking to them and felt like family. My 1st time staying at a Hyatt location. The whole kitchen staff were wonderful. Great breakfast options always cleaning and providing hot food. The rooms were cozy and comfortable. Plenty of space, lights and plugs. Loved I was able to chromecast my service in NY so I caught up on my shows. I ask for a room near the elevator and they accommodated me right near. Wl definitely be staying here for now on when I come to Fort Lauderdale area. The pool was open and I didn't get a chance to go but I can see alot of people utilizing the services. One last perk they had a wash room to do laundry which was fabulous.

This is a very clean hotel I felt welcome also being pet friendly was a huge help, we had to evacuate from my area of Tampa FL because of the hurricane. I really want to give a special "THANK YOU" to Charline Heriveaux who was a life saver in helping us with our stay- we was upset about evacuating our home and when we arrived Charline was very understanding & pleasant she went out of her way to make us feel at home. There should be more people in this world so pleasant & helpful as Charline. I will definitely return to this hotel this time for a nice vacation.

Rooms are very nice, we had a king room with a separate pull out couch area that was very nice for lounging. My kids had a double room right next door and they loved it. pull out couch was very comfortable for my son. Breakfast is very nice, staff is always on hand to help. very clean.

I do wish they had the bar open more often, there are bottled cocktails available for purchase, but its not the same drinking in your room.

Breakfast was typical Hyatt Place offerings. Breakfast area a little small for number of people staying at this hotel due to evacuation from Hurricane Ian on West Coast. Daily housekeeping a definite plus. Housekeeping staff went out of their way to try and accommodate special requests. A conference room next to breakfast room was opened to allow for overflow breakfast clients. Location was very good. Lots of restaurants within a 10 minute ride. Hospital 2 blocks away. Easy access to airport and cruise ships.

location,safe neighborhood,caliber of hotel felt nice ,hotel staff aimed to please , gym, laundry, old oak hammock and fountain gave a luxurious feel

paper products offered cheapened the feel and eggs were hard or rubbery everyday for the continental breakfast and it felt rushed and over crowded,on the first night out extra blanket found in the closet was very dirty.the shower grout needs replacing.

location and staff were nice

The room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. The toilet was really dirty since it still had poop stuck in the bowl. The headboard was really dirty with lots of smears on it. I didn’t feel like I could could take off my shoes and relax since I saw the place was not cleaned well. Also the Air conditioning unit was very loud and it didn’t allow for a deep sleep. the location was great and staff were nice. This was one of the more affordable places so I guess the phrase “you get what you pay for” is true in this case.

Very satisfied with the time spent. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Our flight got in late and we had to check in after midnight. The night attendant welcomed us in with such warmth, she was very kind and very helpful. It was an excellent stay. We are more than happy and would definitely recommend to friends and families.

The complimentary breakfast was absolutely fantastic. We enjoyed the pool and everything. I will never forget that room. Very spacious. Comfortable beds. If I'm not mistaken I believe that we in room 620. The air filter was very clean. Trust me, for my daughter and I to have severe eczema and asthma, the air matters.

Although the towels were cleaned we couldn't turn for blonde hair. We found it in the tub and thwre was a huge carpet stain in front of the sink close to the bathroom.

Breakfast was very healthy choices. Room was just as expected as I have stayed here before. I noticed it has been updated. The staff was great. from the first moment to last Rita at the front desk made sure that we felt welcomed. She remembered my name which made me feel special. April and Charlene also made sure that we were able to get a late -night snack. This was helpful as we are seniors. definitely will return.

We always have a good stay at this particular Hyatt in Plantation from check in staff to room size and comfort and a decent breakfast

The parking was a problem with an over full car park but this could of been to do with workers and hurricane Ian and also cruisers leaving their cars parked in the lot while they cruised.
