I liked the retro look of the rooms, well done without making it look old or dated, just retro. Very comfy and clean. Mine were "staycations" and sincerely the hotel was better that what I expected for the value. I have a room with a view to the pool and was a nice view. I would totally stay again there. Last day I also learned that dogs are accepted so next time I may bring my dog :) I also liked that the room has a small balcony with 2 chairs and a small table. During my stay (just 3 days) it was quiet and nice. Feel secure in there.

Needs a bit more of maintenance on the small stuff. The first room I was assigned the remote control was not working (it was the batteries) but when they changed the batteries a PIN was needed to access the programs and no one knew it, probably because it was late, so they moved me to another room... where again, the batteries of the remote didn't work and they had to change them twice to get it to work. When trying to access the pool one of the doors (the only one I saw) was not working so front desk called for maintenance. The extremely helpful chef from the tiki bar got me inside through another door that was working. The front desk during the day clearly needs a bit more training, she was nice but need training.

property is being restored and rooms are clean. First hotel room I’ve had flooring and not carpeting but ultimately that’s cleaner! Functioning record player in the room was a fun treat! Rooms are standard size with queen beds. we had a corner balcony which was nice. Beds were comfortable also. Mini frig also. Outdoor area for sitting and gathering, included corn hole games and an area shaded with hanging umbrellas! Pool area has hammocks for lounging as well as standard lounge chairs. Pool towels available at front desk. lobby clean and appreciated the refreshing lemon lime water available for guests! Cafe style restaurant off lobby offered a nice variety of food and refreshments for reasonable prices

Room overlooked old tennis courts that were an eyesore.

location was close to i95 and the turnpike. Bed was comfy and plenty of hot water. Room was recently renovated.

Nowhere to purchase food, snacks or even bottled water. come prepared! Also the mini frog while super cute would only hold 2 sodas and the worst was it was sitting on the floor! I had to get down on my hands and knees to put things in and out of it and It flooded the floor with water when I opened the door. The rooms are huge but the minimalist furnishings and no carpet provided a fantastic echo of all sounds to be heard up and down the hallways. and in the rooms. The 6 am cartoons and screeching children were especially enjoyable as the next rooms Tv was right over our bed. The continental breakfast was a joke.

Really liked the fact that the hotel has a vintage yet classy 60's to 70's style going on. The colors are very "Miami" back in the day, so think vibrant, like white and teal. The room was also very clean which is a big thing for me, and I thought it was so cute how they provided 2 pairs of slides in the room for each guest so that we didn't have to walk on the cold floor as it isn't carpeted, which for me is a plus... Carpets hide a tremendous amount of dirt. My partner and I stayed over New Year's eve 2022 to New Year's day and I'd definitely recommend it.

The only thing I didn't like is that the doorway doesn't seem to be very padded so I could hear people talking as they were walking past our door in the morning as well as I heard someone in their room speaking after we checked in and were heading to our room.

Hotel was clean and room service came regularly. the staff was very nice and professional. The hotel itself had a lot of good places to take pics. Location was ok.

No microwaves in the room, paying for parking, not enough luggage carts, and only one entrance. t The room walls also very thin, we heard everyone in their rooms and in the hallway. Only ice machine found working on 4th floor.

Beautiful, modern rooms and great view. Every room has a balcony, which is a wonderful and increasingly rate feature; staff were very polite and efficient.

It's not the fault of the hotel, but the rooms are not well insulated from the sounds of the hallway at all. I was unfortunate to be staying the night that a large children's soccer tournament was in house, and the sounds of the kids running up and down the halls was unbearable simply due to the way the place is constructed. This is no criticism of the company running the place.

Very nostalgic hotel with rich furnishings in lobby. Room was clean and beds comfortable. The area surrounding was ok.

Wifi strength could have been better. Would like to see microwave in room. Only one they had was in lobby. So one microwave for 8 floor hotel. Breakfast is only yogurt, muffin and juice. They did have a Expresso machine that also had hot chocolate, hot water for tea and cappuccino. Said they served Starbucks but saw them fill the machine with Kirkland.

I like the comfort of the bed, the gym, the pool, and the swing. Overall I liked the facilities and the location met my expectation. I also like the honesty of the room attendant, because I left my laptop in the room and they put it up and when I called to enquire it was safely put away. One of the ladies at the front desk was so kind assisting to get it shipped to my home address and when I received it everything was ok. Because of this, I will always choose this hotel.

I did not like what was provided for breakfast, I was expecting breakfast, not only apples and muffins. My family doesn't eat muffins and the apples were sour, so we only had tea.

There were 3 events the evening of our stay. The place was POPPIN’!!!! Looks like they host events often. Very laid back staff/hotel. Guests are free to hang and enjoy their night. 4th floor was quiet. Couldn’t hear the music or any noise from the events. No carpet in the rooms which I LOVE!! Very clean. Old school decor in the lobby with black and white celebrities and gold and sparkly furniture. Excellent price.

Not necessarily a dislike, but it looked like the bar was closed outside. Again, not necessarily a dislike, I came prepared. The patio was actually really cute.

Very clean rooms and facility. The staff was very nice, helpful and always available. The restaurant on-site Island Sips. Was absolutely delicious and very convenient. The food was exceptional. Very close to our event located at the Faith Center. Short Uber ride to the beach at an inexpensive rate. Very family friendly, there's a park and bicycles on-site. I would definitely come back and stay again.
