Staff were friendly and most helpful. Special thanks Anne and Fatima. Breakfasts were well stocked and lots of choices. The pool area was perfect for relaxing in the sun. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. Shuttle to cruise port. Location of the hotel is close to Broward shopping mall and also another area (The Fountains Shopping) with restaurants, shopping and perfect for strolling around in the evening.

Airport shuttle wasn't in operation when we arrived at 8PM and had to pay for a taxi. There was a shuttle to the cruise port but not from the there back to the hotel. The rugs in the rooms on the first first floor were worn and stained. Also had to pay for a taxi to go early to the airport because the shuttle didn't start until 6AM.

My check in throught the app made everything easy. The hotel is in the perfect location for everything you need. The Broward mall, Target, Publix, Total Wine are all within 0-6 miles of the hotel. The breakfast was nice you had all your standard options on display. Food was available through 10 am. The room was clean but could use some slight updates.For a weekend away from home, it got the job done since we were in town to hang out not LIVE IN THE ROOM. I would definitely stay again.

One of the two elevators went down/wasn't in service. So you had super long lines for the elevators. Our room was on the 2nd floor so we took the stairs.Bring luggage up and down the stairs wasn't ideal.

The reception staff were friendly & extremely helpful especially when having difficulty odering a uber on few occasions which they managed to sort out. We were so grateful for all your help & a huge thank you from us!

The room temperature was too cold so switched it off which made it far more comfortable during our two weeks stay. Think this was due to a gap under the room door to corridor where the air con was always on.

Very clean with a very nice staff. Rooms are big. Shampoo conditioner and body wash included in shower.

The breakfast needs serious work. Had a waffle maker but only strawberry waffle mix, no potatoes, eggs only had cheese in them in a folded taco looking way, no bacon only like some kind of sausage cut up. No bananas, no yogurt. My husband is a scrambled egg, bacon, and waffle eater, but he was out of luck and ate nothing. Very disappointing, we have stayed at other Hampton Inns that had a much better breakfast.

This my second time staying at this location and I really appreciate the service, from Airport drop off with John to being able to send packages there prior to stay and even being able to store suitcases after check out. Staff are always helpful and friendly and the location is right across from Broward Mall which is a major convenience. Target a few minutes walk on foot and near many restaurants. All in all this hotel is great value for money.

Spent only one night in this hotel while waiting to board a cruise out of Fort Lauderdale. It ticked all the boxes for this purpose. Was within easy walking distance to a large, somewhat upscale mall, a Target store, restaurants etc. Provided a free shuttle from the airport and a $5 pp ride to the cruise port which was only about 15 min away. Had a nice pool and weight room, decent breakfast, pleasant staff. Will keep this property on my list of good short-term accommodation.

There was conflicting information. Upon check-in, I was informed by the receptionist that there was no charge for packages delivered. Subsequently, I found out there was a charge per package

FOR THE PRICE IT WAS GOOD

did the reservation through booking.com but when i went there they had no information or anything and blamed it on booking.com and that if I was going to be on the call with you all it will take forever and i will loose my room. that they have available. the cost he was charging was more so I showed the information and he wanted a break down per day and I am like i guess we use a calculator. after the breakdown he was charging tax on top of it and informed them that it is the total price. luckily I had all the email trails which I showed them and they honored it. but the check it was a little unpleasant otherwise all good

Beautiful property. Easy to get to. Shopping mall and theatres across the street. Great restaurants in the area. Close to the cruise port. Room was on upper floor; quiet; smoke free; and pet free just as I had asked. Will stay here again.

The breakfast was just ok. No potatoes served but lots of sausage which I don't really like. Front desk staff also just ok. They didn't move the line of guests who had questions along promptly.

The room and bathroom were clean and the beds were comfy, I love the bathroom products like shampoo, conditioner etc. (excellent quality) and the dispensers in the tub was a plus. Liked the variety of choices for breakfast.

The only thing that needs urgent attention is the bedroom rug. It was so dirty that my socks get dirty for walking on them.
