The breakfast was very good,full American with muffins,biscuits and the works..The room and bathroom is huge with mini fridge,the whole place had a very nice smell,even in the elevators.bed and pillows were soft and very comfortable.Parking was ample and safe..Denny's and a small strip mall one block away..

I notice a lot of weird people at breakfast,some with 3-4 back packs and not very clean,but looked like working people.About 5 trailers were parked on the side road to the entrance and had a hard time seeing the hotel sign.The area is a bit seedy,but had no problem walking at night to the strip mall for Japanese food.The front desk workers can be a bit more friendlier.

The room was a nice size and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the maitenance men were awesome. The gentlemen at breakfast was very helpful and nice. The area was good.

The front dedk staff did not greet me and they were taking very long to check me in without saying a word. The room door didnt work at first and I had to take the keys back down stairs i let the guy know and all ge said was did you put them near any magnetic stuff. The tube had a ring around it.

Breakfast was OK. I like that the front desk allowed me to check in early - I called and found out my room would be available at 1:00PM instead of 3:00PM

Like to see total charges up front - maybe room rate each day if it changes and total taxes. My room didn't have a microwave - microwave nice to at least heat up coffee after it cools. Sign out front needs a light especially with construction next door - would have trouble finding hotel if hadn't already known where it was located

The comfort and cleanliness of the room and hotel.

The parking when I came in late with all the commercial trucks and you all have all the parking in the back of the hotel where they can park. So your guest can park comfortably. And you all need microwaves in rooms . We should have to go down to warm our food up. It’s an inconvenience. And the breakfast is really no good.

The breakfast food was good. Need bacon though. Late check in was accommodated. Parking was close with doors nearby for entry.

No trash cans on any floor. Ice machine not working had to go to floor 5 for ice.in the common area microwave area was dirty every time we went to use it.

The breakfast was good only thing the sign said egg white omelette but it was yellow. Simone was amazing the service she gave was excellent. I watch her help a lady with a bag because the lady hands were full. That’s what I call going above and beyond.

The exotic lightings in hallways are very nice

I can assure you that I do not look like a rich executive and do not expect to be treated like one neither; but, when arrived there around 8:00 PM, Service desk couldn’t find my name on first try, return my ID promptly and send me away. After trying to convince her with the reservation #, asking her to re-enter my first name first or first name as last name, then, she found the reservation, otherwise I would be sent away with no place to sleep. She didn’t even accept my membership card because my wife used her credit card. First time that happened to us; service desk always courteous, attentive and professional.

*Of the 3 days of staying there the 2nd day the pancake machine was out of order. *The ice machine was out of order so if I wanted ice I had to go on another floor. *There was no body wash in the room.

Your front desk staff were great, whatever we asked for we got really fast. I want to thank the Queen Casandra for her kindness and the FREE UPGRADE which we appreciate very much. Thank you for making us feel at home

Nothing, probably few more items on the breakfast would be great

i enjoyed the location and the grounds were nice, the hotel itself seemed older but was not in disrepair like so many older hotels

i did not like the lack of charm in the halls second tower we were in, and the lobby area
