Breakfast was good, and location was good. Staff were great. Front desk made an exception for us to allow us to pay cash as we had the exact amount.
They wanted us to pay by credit card. We are Canadians that do not have an USA credit card, and don't want to pay the exchange on credit card as I get a better exchange rate thru my work. Had cash.

Great and clean place. The only issue the room was a little hot but we changed our aleeping position and it was tolerable after.
It was a little too warm when we had our heads turn to the bed head After turning our head in the opposite way we were fine. Thank goodness there was an extra blanket in the closet.

The breakfast was awesome, fresh and always hot. Tea, coffee and hot water was always available.
Well one thing I didnt like was every time I wanted to use the back entrance my card would not work in the door and most of my stay everytime I go out and come back I had to go and get my key card re-program. Now that was an inconvenience.

The refrigerator and microwave oven was very convenient as I was travelling with my children. The temperature in the room was adjustable. For example, I turn off the air conditioning when I am dressing.

The cleanliness of the rooms was a plus for us. We didn't get a chance to eat breakfast but the dining room set up was beautiful. And I must add that the lemon water was so refreshing, what a terrific idea.
We didn't had a long stay so I have no dislikes.

Location was super important to us. Great location and easy access. Staff was fantastic, breakfast was better than expected. Enjoyed our stay very much. Thanks to the wonderful staff.
The building is older so may need a little renovation but I wouldn't sacrifice a newer building if the prices would increase. Otherwise everything else was great.

The breakfast had eggs breakfast patties/ sausages hot waffles and bagels with fruit daily.The kitchen hostess Maria was attentive warm and welcoming daily.The pool clean and refreshing for when we came back in .

The bed had a sink in it which made it very uncomfortable one ofthe pillow cases had dark spots on it like it needs to throw away and the side of the mattress needs cleaning

the breakfast was missing the first day due to no staff. not being able to check in due to credit card d system being down. room keys not working due to new year reboot. being given only 15 minutes extra to check out the day after New Years Eve due to staff “needing to leave early?”
