The breakfast was great. Many hot options, as well as cold. The rooms were a nice size and clean.

The A/C did not seem to have enough power. I turned the A/C all the way down at one point because I like my room particularly cool at night, but it never got below 70 degrees despite being set to 60 degrees all night. Additionally, the rooms looked old and outdated. The color pallet used was dismal, but that's being picky. It was clean, just old looking and the A/C wasn't great.

It was walking distance from the stadium to watch Inter Miami game. Was free parking for guests. Seemed a safe neighbourhood.

The lady at the check in was unfriendly. Didn't give us any complimentary water even though it was extremely hot that day. Staff in breakfast were not nice.

The staff was EXCEPTIONALLY friendly & professional as well as helpful! very clean & safe. The breakfast area was clean & variety of choices excellent.

The cabinets & furniture were badly worn & damaged the refrigerator wasn’t working properly however, staff were sent immediately to fix the problem!!

The hotel had a good location for what I went to do. Staff are friendly and respectful. It's also a very quiet place, I loved that!

To get the room fully cleaned and sheets changed you have to let them know in advance. Otherwise, they only get dirty towels and bring new ones. I think in these times of covid it's important to do a thorough cleaning everyday without being asked. And the breakfast wasn't to my liking. Not much variety. Other than that it was fresh.

The hotel is very old-fashioned, from the old-fashioned furniture in the room, the small bathroom and the sink located outside the bathroom door. In my opinion the hotel management should renovate it as soon as possible. The price I paid is very high.

The facility was beautiful! Staff was so nice! Parking was excellent- right at the hotel. Room was nice and very clean. Pricing was excellent, We definitely would stay there again and will definitely recommend to family and friends who travel!

It was clean and room was HUGE and quite spacious , internet connection was fast. Breakfast looked good even though I didn't try it since I was always on the go.

Room service came way too early. Before 9am? Thats a no. Also hot water took at least 15 mins to heat up which was ridiculous.

Bathroom in our room was a bit dated. The door had signs of a previous flood, the shower didn’t drain well and when you moved around in the tub it sounded like it was going to fall through the floor. Things worked fine, it was just a bit concerning.

We stayed for a football match happening at the inter Miami stadium. The location was ideal. The hotel itself is having some renovation work done. This meant our room was very modern and clean
