I like the fact we checked in early and not complain, staff were very courteous.
The pool was closed and they told us after we booked it. And we went where it’s located (4th floor) And no one is working on it , that’s mean it’s been like that long time ago. The day before we checked out , no housekeeping

The bar and the rooms were really excellent. Would have liked to have a massage but always booked up. Reception staff are a credit to you and the manager Robert was exceptional and made sure we were looked after if we needed anything.
Whilst breakfast was great and good value, you need to secure an area for residents, we were there on business and some mornings from the time we arrived found a table and had breakfast was 90 min. People of the street queue and we were told to join the back of the queue. The two bald managers in the bar were great fun and really good to everyone. Nelson in the bar area is a great character and asset as are most of the girls. The people on the reception desk in the restaurant need to have a sharper attitude and dress more appropriately. They also need to smile!

The lobby was beautiful and the staff was very friendly. I was with my 2 daughters for a school break. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The bed was super comfy. We had a really pretty balcony view.
I asked for housekeeping 3 times (twice in the same day) where they never came. The pool was not open and it was a 20-30 minute drive to the beaches. The restaurant was very pricey and had a limited selection.

The service staff was outstanding and the bartender, Stephanie, was quite pleasant to talk to. Breakfast was great and the rooms were clean and maintained.
No use of the pool, hot tub, or area outside the bar lounge. Nothing close or within walking distance.

Very clean and well cared for hotel, many in the area are not up to par.
The price I paid was alot more than expected but I had an immediate need as my wife tested positive and I was still negative, I used the room as a "get a way " for 5 days. I think Mariot should consider "local " guests rates slightly lower and there would be less vacancies at off times.

Friendly staff. It was possible to early check in. This was really valuable! Clean rooms. Size of the rooms. There is a nice, small Shop in the hotel, where you can buy everything you need
They should renew the furniture at the bar. But i know it's difficult to do this. and some of the facilities in the rooms are as well a bit old.

what I liked about the property is that it was inviting. the brightness in the lobby, the trees and energy around the garage and outside of the property. the room and view was beautiful. definitely will be returning in the future.
a small misunderstanding with the do not disturb sign when requested housekeeping but other than that, my son and I loved it.

the restaurant on the property, check in and check out was smooth and the facility was clean
the tv didn’t work an hr after check in and I checked out early on my phone and it stopped working as well which I thought was weird. the pool was out of service but I knew that before arriving so I’m not too upset about that

my room was right in front of the elevator and I heard every person that got on and out the elevator all through the day and night. Some nights I was startled out of my sleep from ppl talking loudly and laugh as the came and left.
