The rooms were absolutely beautiful. Hotel is gorgeous. Large room. Spotless. Clean. My kids and I felt very safe, nice guests. I had no issues with the hotel and room itself.

Terrible front desk. Rude. They said that they hold $100 on my card, so that was something I was used to, no big deal. The problem was the next day after check-out, they argued about my hold and said it takes 7-10 business days. I ONLY stay at Hilton and it never takes that many days. The front desk lady Was very Rude when I asked about it. I was transferred to the manager, and he refunded some of my money, but not all of it! WTH? So, yes the Hotel and Room was a beautiful experience, the front desk is a nightmare. Beware to any holds on your money. They will lie to your face. I would not stay there again because of this stupidity.

There was plenty of parking available when we arrived, and there were luggage carts available. Check in was very straightforward and all staff we came into contact with were polite and courteous. The room was spacious with very comfortable bed linen and pillows. We liked that there were bedside tables on both sides of the bed (as sometimes there's only one on one side) The bathroom was spacious with plenty of storage and well stocked with good quality toiletries. Everywhere in the room and hotel communal spaces were cleaned to a very high standard. There were hot and cold choices for breakfast, as well as the usual coffee and juices. There wasn't an on-site restaurant, and very limited options nearby unless you were happy to drive. We would stay here again.

The breakfast choices were pretty good. However, there many children’s sugary cereals and few non-sugary ones. There were shelves of peach yogurts…no other flavour. Not a huge problem, but just an observation.The pool area is nice and we liked having a coffee and relaxing there. Many snacks available for purchase and always free coffees, teas and hot chocolate. Nice Neutrogena toiletries.

Our room faced the highway, so pretty loud traffic noise. Try to request the back side! Fridge was not working..took awhile to get it replaced because the computer system was down..we couldn’t even get room keys until the end of the day. Anytime we wanted to leave, we had to be escorted back to our room to have our door opened.

Excellent stay, one of the best night sleeps in a clean quiet hotel. It was centrally located to everything we needed.

Staff should treat each person the same. If you have several people in line to check in while waiting on an existing client please acknowledge the others in line. This guy never ever looked up!! What happened to good customer service with a smile? What happen to personal space when others walk up? The desk clerk should take control of the first come first service situation.

breakfast was very fresh each day. Just need to reorganize the waffle station. You have it where you get your plate, then your cup to pour your waffle mix into, then the waffle maker, THEN you have to go BACK to the front of the line to get the toppings. When it is crowded there, it really makes it inconvenient. Simple solution is to just move the toppings to the end of the line AFTER the waffle is made.

my only complaint is regarding the people who manage breakfast, one asked them something and they answered with an arrogant attitude and an American person came and they almost gave him food in his mouth it is a shame to live this and that one travels with his children and they ask you why I treat you like this and not him; you get up to spend a happy day with your family and these disrespectful and immature people who shouldn't deal with people come to spoil breakfast for families regardless of where they are, it's a shame.

Brand new hotel, modern and very clean. Nice and responsive staff at the reception. Breakfast and parking included was a plus, keeping into consideration that at any other Hilton a few miles south in Fort Lauderdale I would have paid for both. Too bad we only stayed one night on our way back home. We'll definitely be back.

The Digital Key on my Hilton Honors phone app did not work at the door. I had to go downstairs and get regular key cards. Not a big deal, though. Decaf coffee tasted like dirty water. I should have gone for the dark roast.

Front Desk greeted us warmly, very engaging. Rooms very clean. I like the pillows and comforters. The breakfast was great and welcomed. The kitchen staff was very helpful and always seemed to have a smile on their faces. They even gave us a tray to take our food to our rooms. Housekeeping even thanked us as were leaving to go check out. The whole staff made feel appreciated and valued my business.

My last night the fire alarm went off around 2 am. It was probably a prank, I asked for a late check out so I can recover my lost hours of sleep. I know it is beyond the staffs control but it was the only negative from my stay..lol.

Good facilities, comfortable rooms with nice design, good breakfast.

In the first room they gave us the 405, the toilet was dirty and the shower had hair, we had to ask them to move us to another room which was cleaner and better and the frontdesk person who changed my room was not at all friendly and they did not apologize for the inconvenience.

It’s not enough light in the room! The team was a a little bit sleepy. No connectors for European devices. No baby cot available. Hair conditioner is in the shower but does not work. Breakfast is typically American - plastic, no organic, hot eggs finished at 9-30 and no refill.
