Location to Airport and some restaurants in 5min walking distance… Rooms are spacious but badly lighted. Due to lack of proper lighting and dark furniture can’t make a good statement about cleanliness of the latter. Bathroom was very clean and properly equipped though. Bed comfy and clean as well. Staff was very attentive and helpful. The hotel has a few amenities such as large pool area and gym, but unfortunately didn’t get to try them…

Lighting… Investing in some proper lamps and bulbs that are cool-white (as in 8000K) isn’s asked too much… The carpet and furniture seemed a bit filthy, but without said lightning hard to make an accurate statement. The door could use some insulation as the inner area of the hotel is quite noisy (but not in a bad way, more like white noise) due to that artificial waterfall in the center of the hotel. It might make sense simply turning that off midnight to 7am… Breakfast here is on menu, no buffet on weekdays. If the roof of the inner hall could be opened during good weather, even if only partially, that would *greatly* improve the flair of that area… just as an inspiration for the next renovation of that place -which can’t be too far out as things seem a bit dated…

Its a space room, close to I95, if you travel to Miami, and want to exit from the airport in tri-rail, the station its just cross the street, and commercial center its a just few meters, less than 10 minutos walking, have close different restaurants, like Ihop, Wendy's, etc. And gas station its in the corner. Have a microwave if want to buy food at supermarket.

The cleaning up have to request in the lobby for next day, and not refill shampoo or soap bottles, and in many days never change the blankets.

I loved that when you walked in it smelled amazing. I loved the water fountain inside. My room was incredible and quiet. The location was great for being around restaurants. I also loved the provided oakwood shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. It smelled amazing. I didn't expect it to be so fancy, but I absolutely loved it. I will never stay at another hotel anywhere else and I'll definitely be back at the Sheraton.

Nothing could have been better. Everything was perfect!

Nice view in lobby. You have to request cleaning services. Bring your own towels cause I called for towels twice and no one brought any. The 3rd time I went to front desk and I had to put my name on a list when they became available. We went 3 days without clean towels so we went out to buy some. Overall the pool side view was quite and comfortable. I was on the 5th floor. Also you have to put your order in for breakfast by completing a breakfast form from front desk before 11pm every night for hotel breakfast. The lobby was always clean and the best where very comfortable. The TV entertainment was good they had Netflix, Showtime and other movie channels. If you have a lot of trash you will have to sit it outside your door cause their is not room service unless you request it.

I loved absolutely everything. We were celebrating our honeymoon and let me just say from the time we walked in the hotel breathtaking view. The inside was just beautiful. Our room was clean, friendly staff. Bed was comfortable

We were there for 4 nights and we received excellent service from the front office manager Edlyn Laurent, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. I have been there in the past they updated the bathroom Very nice shower, comfortable beds The place is quiet,beautiful pool and pool area the garden and entrance.

First time going to Fort Lauderdale, the hotel was a very nice place to stay! It was a nice area to be, I would definitely not mind staying here again! It was very cozy to be here and It came with a nice view as requested at booking!! Hotel comes with microwave and fridge included 😊 There are NO roaches and or bugs of any kind (i was on 7th floor) and the reason why I'm emphasizing this is because it took me awhile to find a good hotel here in Fort Lauderdale due to many others stating they had many roaches/bugs in there hotels! Prize was very reasonable for the time stayed and again it makes you feel at home with the living room included also. I would say YES STAY HERE!! The only thing i did not like was how sticky the floor felt but of course my fault, wear your slippers people lol!

I mostly enjoyed my stay. 😊

Staff was not helpful and very rude. They would noy help me me get a room. They ask me to cancel my reservation and did not give me the same rate. Very bad service.

The Manager Ed who was on staff during my stay was absolutely amazing! He was friendly and made me feel very comfortable and at home. We had a situation wherein which my boyfriend is highly claustrophobic and could not ride the elevator to our room on the 5th floor. Ed, jumped into action to help solve the problem. He was able to get us stair access. He would have offered us another room on the second floor however this is Valentine's Day weekend and the hotel was booked. However my boyfriend and I were very grateful for Ed's act of kindness and great customer service. The hotel should be very happy to have someone like him on staff greeting and taking care of their guests. I will definitely be back oh, and I hope that Ed will be on staff or someone just as accommodating as him when I return.
