I loved the place, I could keep my dog and never had problems. Is a nice place to stay! The customer service is excellent!
I can't think of anything that I didn't like. May be the next time I would prefer a room closer to the elevator. The steps are to much to the 3rd floor... lol

Location and price
I didn't receive the room that I asked for. Which was a handicap room. The room was on the second floor and the elevator did not work. Handicap need was not fulfilled

I loved the room, it's location and most of the staff. The laundry facilities were very convenient and in excellent condition. They also have security in their parking lot, which was reassuring.
Due to Covid-19/Extended Stay's housecleaning policy my room wasn't ever cleaned during the duration of my stay, (which was roughly a week and a half). This includes the time I specifically requested to use a vacuum, because I had spilled a box of corn flakes on the carpet and there were crumbs.
