The pool and Jacuzzi! The first night of our stay, the jacuzzi wasn't as hot as I had hoped for however the next day, it was perfect!

Unfortunately, my mom is in a nursing home at Sunrise Health & Rehab Center and there seems to be no hotels nearby. The drive was about 17 minutes. Ideally, I would like to find a comfortable stay closer to her. That is out of your control so I understand... If I had to say anything to be better about our stay, perhaps, having the room keys work a little better to enter the pool. It often wasn't working and our last day we had to request another key to enter. A suggestion would be to offer complimentary breakfast buffet to all guests, especially since all food places are still a drive away.

Rooms was not properly cleaned. I had to clean it right before using anything. I brought bleach and did it myself! smh 🤦🏽‍♀️ They need to train the housekeeping staff way much better with the cleaning! 2nd Floor Osprey Building FIRE ALARM 🚨 BATTERIES ARE NOT WORKING. I reported it and nothing was done. Room# 7211A needs better cleaning! Hot tube was dirty from another previous stay! Disgusting 🤢 Wires in the kitchen hanging out at children arm reach! Not safe at all….

it accommodates our big family.

Elevators are slow. first day the ac wasn’t working. took 2 days for maintenance to fix. maintenance guy was very unfriendly told us he would be right back but didn’t come back for 3 hours. called front desk and they couldn’t get an eta on when or where the guy was to give us a time frame of completion. lost a whole day of vacation time because he said he would be right back. room didn’t get cooler then 74 degrees till second night. it’s not close to many stores

This stay was awesome. Loved the pool and shuttle to near by attractions.

When I checked in I had to put a 150.00 dollar deposit on the stay that I was not informed about through booking.com. so that was a out of pocket cost that was unexpected. Booking.com should make people aware of extra deposits when checking in so they can prepare for this expense before arriving.

The free coffee was good, but the cups were tiny. The pool area was refreshing and the free snow cones and popcorn were delightful for the guests. The property is well kept and the atmosphere was relaxing. Perfect location - for a peaceful retreat

The pull-out sofa beds were uncomfortable and the bed in the smaller room was uncomfortable. The pillows were tiny and flat. I love the resort but the bed and pillows need updating for the comfort of the guest.

The balcony ,The pool , cleanliness of the location hallway & rooms ,friendliness of the staff .... Shout out to Maritza ,Alex & most importantly Julissa for making Our stay pleasant & such a great memorable experience associates like these ladies need to know they are VERY much appreciated ❤❤

Had a few issues that were resolved in a timely manner

Suites are comfortable and great for kids. Pool was excellent, also great for kids. This facility was the right thing at the right time for us, and I’m very happy with how our stay turned out.

tile floors in the suite weren’t mopped; pool is a bit over-chlorinated; found a few cockroaches here and there (typical south Florida stuff)

Good size apartments we had a 2 bed unit which concise of 2 one bed unit locked off together. Very clean throughout the complex, very friendly and helpful staff on reception with check-in and check-out.

Location location location around 20 miles from the coast, HOWEVER we have stayed here before many years ago so we knew where Weston is but still away from many tourists attractions.

The reason I gave it eight out of 10 is because I really was excited to use the whirlpool tub however during forest day the water ran a bit on the brown side. Maintenance assured us that it was only due to the weather, and that we should just run the Water until it was clear but it took too long to clear up and it was just a turn off overall so we ended up not using it this time. Other than that, our stay here was comfortable and we would stay again. My advice if you are going in and out of Miami is to invest in a Sunpass and use the turnpike and avoid the 95 unless necessary.

This resort was very clean, and my family of 7 had everything we needed in the family suite we stayed in. The staff was very friendly upon check in even though they were extremely busy! I have already recommended this property to several friends and family members, and my family would absolutely stay again. Bonus was the pool that was so big it accommodates all the guests, and was never so crowded that there wasn’t a space for my family to swim!

The bed in the master bedroom me and my husband slept in was not very comfortable to us, because it was different than what we are use to. The bed and rooms were extremely clean though!
