Everything was very nice. Bed was comfortable. The area was great and safe.
I just wished someone would of sat on the family room furniture before purchasing it. It was so difficult to watch TV trying to sit in the most uncomfortable couch on the planet. I tried pillows from the bed and nothing would work. My back is now out and I'm in a lot of pain. I can't remember the last time my back went out. Get rid of that ridiculous furniture it's junk.

It was very nice. How every staff was extremely disorganized I had to wait until 8 pm to go into my room because it still was not ready on top of the staff sending me to different locations to other rooms that still were not even ready either. Security at the pool was very rude as well.
Very clean

The location exceeded my expectations! I was impressed by the resorts proximity to Miami and Fort Lauderdale.
I picked up my keys and a map at the registration building. My gps then took me to a roundabout and gave no further directIons to my building. I wasn’t familiar with the neighborhood as I flew in from CT and the complex houses multiple condo style buildings. The front desk staff were a bit impatient and rude when I had trouble finding my building. My daughter and I checked in on Easter and I would have appreciated a little patience. Luckily ONE compassionate employee suggested that I hop on the a shuttle and take a ride to become familiar. That solved the problem and I went on to enjoy an amazing vacation from there on!

The unit we stayed in, one bedroom king, was very spacious. The location is wonderful for families and/or as a romantic getaway.
The king bed was a bit too firm for me, but my husband loved it. The dining room table top is just a piece of thick glass, terrifying for a family with 2 young children

All went well. We had a restful week in the suite and my son was able to work from the location. It was perfect for 2/3 people. Supplies were provided at request and staff were very helpful, whether in person or over the phone. Shuttles are provided for those who need to travel to stores. Excellent!
All was great. Can't find anything to dislike.

The staff was awesome, they were able to turn what could have been a bad negative into a positive one. After we checked in (and it took some searching to find where we were to check in --- and we arrived after midnight) we found the room to have the dining room chandelier literally hanging by the electrical cords. We notified the front desk who promptly moved us to a different room. Since we did not have a car, security delivered one to us within 15 minutes or so. The staff was responsive, friendly, and professional... I cannot rate them high enough. The pool was everything we hoped for (we were visiting our grandchildren, and do they love a pool. With the temperatures in the high 70's and a little breezy I was dreading the pool but found it to be heated and super comfortable. We stayed in the pool for an hour or so at a time and were never cold (until we got out, but I can't deduct points for Mother Nature). We traveled during Spring Break and were a little concerned about that... no need to fear there. The property is located right next to the everglades and far enough away from the beaches to avoid the crowds - there really aren't too many students partying at the everglades! One word of advice... know where to check in before you try to find it. Unlike most of Florida, the streets are not in grids and you can get turned around pretty quickly and there are no signs pointing the way to Vacation Village check in (there are 2 Vacation Village resorts withing Weston). Had we relied on an Uber/Lyft driver getting us where we needed to go (we had no real address, just the property name) it might not have turned out so well (our son picked us up and was able to figured things out). If you get lost, call the resort telephone number, they guided us to where we needed to go.
Our first room could have been without the safety issue; but I suppose things like that can happen. The problem was resolved quickly and satisfactorily.

Location a view directly on the Golf coarse, covered parking, although there were a lot of people, you didn’t feel crowded…
Kind of secluded, and away from the main compound, pools weight/exercise room activity areas require alternate transportation to enjoy (although for us at the moment it was a benefit not an inconvenience)

the room had MANY FLIES throughout including the lobby area. after killing about 15 -20 flies i called the front desk they sent someone to spray but it was not the correct product for flies so I called the front desk asking for another room. Although there was a little lack of communication, the front desk was very nice and prompt. They were able to put me in another room. Although this was inconveniencing I was very pleased.
MANY flies in the room , there was not an ice machine in the building, did not have dryer sheets for sale for laundry only detergent

I didn't know they had breakfast. I liked the view the room was easy to find. Elevator exce)ent clean didn't smell even with the trash compact by it. The pool and balcony. The way the bathroom was set up the hallway. My first time next time I will do the fishing trips cruises.
The pillows to soft and the bed was lumpy. I feel if you extend your stay a little discount should be given. It's so far away from a lot of things.
