AMAZING HOTEL!! Breakfast was Excellent. Staff was impressive/ Awesome/ friendly/ welcoming/ great work ethics. Staff Seemed to enjoy their job. Room was clean. Bathroom clean. Shampoo/conditioner soap better than most hotels. Cannot say enough. Didn’t check reviews before- glad I didn’t because I wouldn’t have picked this hotel because bad reviews. This hotel was TOP NOTCH aim my book. I will be back and soon…

The area where people smoke out front. It stinks to walk past them. It looks bad when pulling in as a first impression. The gym- didn’t have and cleaning/sanitizing wipes for the machines before and after use.

The room was spacious and had all the required ameneties. Overall the stay was comfortable and it is recommended place to stay with family. Am giving an overall rating of 8. The Wifi speed was good. You could easily take office calls on video if the need be. Never experienced any lag.

A couple of things could have been better. Breakfast was okay - manageable but not the best for a vegetarian (who doesn't eat eggs also). I mean there was bread and then there was more bread (muffin, bagels, etc.). No potato items or beans, etc. Get your own water bottles if you are planning to stay for a longer duration. No free water bottles every day if you are staying for multiple days. We got two bottles on the first day and that was it. The change of bedding wasn't very frequent - we stayed for about a week and I don't think it was changed. You can't really ask the staff to do any extra cleaning. We asked on one of the days and it seems the lady we asked wasn't very happy being told to do so. Maybe that's not the norm but then cleaning has got to be a norm.

Breakfast, breakfast ladies and bed were great.

Doors slamming. Couldn't communicate with the housekeeping girl. Bedroom area was too small- kept bumping into walls and the corner of the bed. The 2/14/23 check in woman was extremely rude to our travel partners. They reserved a handicap room and there were none available. She refused to work with them (Bissnettes), and, literally, looked over his shoulder and said, "NEXT". Unacceptable.

I had a lot of concerns after reading some reviews, but my room was excellent - no evidence of any of the problems others reported. One very nice feature was the control for the tub/shower is not centered over the faucet, it is closer to where you are standing before you get in. Also, the breakfast buffet was outstanding - a tip would be to go early as it gets very crowded later.

The swimming pool its not free. They will charge you $20 per day to use the swimming pool , Fitness room and computer. Somehow we got charge for Using Data service. I dont know where and how we got charge for using their Data Service. But , other than that, hotel was very clean and breakfast is very good. I will go back and stay again in the future.😃😍

Breakfast was rich and we could eat outside next to the palm trees and the pool. The room was spacious and was cleaned every day - plus the towels were changed every day. The staff was friendly and always helpful. The gym was open 24/7 and the pool from 6am to 10pm (!!). I would recommend it for sure , value for money 100%.

The internet was a bit pachy.

Even though this is a budget hotel it had everything I needed for an extended stay while visiting family. Big room, wonderful breakfast with good unlimited coffee, mini kitchen with microwave and fridge and quiet location though very near highway and major streets.

breakfast was very good. the host who continues to keep things punished was very good. very friendly. extremely good worker. definitely a keeper.

We had a king size room. the bed/mattress needs to be replaced very uncomfortable

easy on and off to I95, the room was clean and large. IT was also quiet at night for sleeping, we were on the 5th floor which was great.

The eggs were southwest 4 out of our 5 nights there and we liked the plain egg and cheese omelettes so it was disappointing that both options were not available each day.

When was the last time those matresses were flipped?, they are saging low on one side making it feel like youre at an angle and almost falling off. But other than that great stay, bit pricy.

The matresses need to be flipped. Overpriced, but thats what Hotels do, they charge more during weekends and busy seasons
