The fact that I can cook my own food and pots and utensils are available is excellent. Very serene and peaceful environment.
Room service has to be requested. Also, I checked after midnight due to some unexpected complications. Although it was my error, I was hoping my two nights would have been extended as such.

The check in process was riddled with problems. The first room provided was not cleaned. The credit card system was having problems (front desk staff said it was happening all night) and this caused about a 1/2 hour delay in getting our room. The room was more of an efficiency than a suite but it sufficed.
