beautiful property. well designed and up kept.
the only issue we had were the lack of outlets in the room. we could not find a location to plug in the coffee maker. we finally moved a small and place the coffee maker across the room from the counter space and next to the bed. also the exhaust fan in the bathroom apparently only makes noise as it does not draw in any air. so, except for the fact you hired bad electricians the property is great!!

Viviana at the pool is the best! She is so nice and helpful with each customer. Thank you Viviana! The bedrooms are clean, the breakfast is nice. I would add some more tables as they weren't enough but the food was good.
The elevator in the main hours could be a bit stressful as you need to wait quite a few minutes to jump in.

Pillows a bit lumpy and hard for my taste. Gym suffiecient but as it is small I can see how it might get crowded at times. No microwave in room. I did not like the coffee in the room.

The pool was amazing, as well as the breakfast. Extremely comfortable chairs at the pool. Lisa at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.
The water was off when we arrived and our room wasn't ready, although I asked for an earlier check-in time. The music at the pool is extremely loud.

Jodie,who works in the hotel restaurant was outstanding!!! she was the only server at breakfast and did a fabulous job. we went back every morning because of her.
On the day of our departure, we needed a quick breakfast to get to the airport on time. Jodie was off and the service was sooo slow or practically non exsistant, we left and went to Starbucks so as not to miss our flight

The hotel needs alittle upgrade. Maybe painting, new bathroom fixtures. Our toilet handle stuck and bathroom fan didn't work. For a lower end Marriott no issue and location perfect. Staff was great. I'd stay again. Just wish the weather was better.

The area is very quiet and close to a lot of things. Also, the staff are exceptional! Overall, a very beautiful place!
Leaking toilet and slow draining sink. However, the sink issue could be due to the construction going. But even with this, it still doesn't knock the service, hotel, and location.

Stayed for a week in a king room facing the pool. Super comfy beds, mattresses blancket and pillows. Room has a small fridge and complimentary coffee. Nicely decorated room, modern and clean hotel. Very pleasant, patient and accomodating personnel. There are lots of food options rght outside.
I was initially given a room facing the parking lot, which had a bit of a musty smell. It was changed as soon as the pool facing room became available. Very pleasant personnel

Staff was friendly and the pool and pool bar are great.
I understand that the property doesn't clean the rooms everyday because of COVID but, they should give extra shampoos, conditioners, soap and toilet paper. I had to track the cleaning crew down to get needed items and saw others doing the same thing.
