Stay was great. Room was clean and big enough for the family and have my friends from another room over. Pool and hot tub were nice.

With the hotel not having any staff present behind the desk, getting extra towels and toilet paper was a unwelcome extra hassle. We did end up getting them but took so extra work. Only other issues there were two lamps that didn't work, making the lighting in the room rather dark. Only other thing I would add it that the pool and hot tub should be open later as long and the guests keep the noise down. The pool area closed at 10pm and would have been nice if it was open later.

Location was great found a ton of places I love to eat in the area but nothing walking distance so you have to have a car. Great value if you stay long term.

Extremely difficult to get ahold of front desk or management. This can be very frustrating. No one is ever at the front desk or in the office & never answer the phone.

Hate virtual booking and reservations. Gave wrong room for starters. Ice machine didn't work had to go downstairs to the bar and restaurant for ice everytime I needed some. Didn't care to continually use phone for contacts to resolve issues. Had no soap bars, didn't like or know what was in the squirt cans, they barely pumped anything. Not enough clean towels and no maid service over a 3 night stay. Taxes and additional fees should have been included in price. Crazy clean up fee of $60. since no maid or individual services were included.Other hotels in the area included 14% sales tax and a $35. clean up fee in the quote to rent.

The water coming from the AA units.? The floor are floated with the dirty water. It is a hazards to fell down and a terrible health issue. Lost of mosquitoes remain in there. Nobody clean, or to complain to.

I ordered two times from the outside tiki bar. I took the “take out” back to my room. In my opinion both things I ordered were excellent. The food exceeded my expectations. It was obvious whoever was in the kitchen knew what they were doing. The first was burger and fries. The second was a side salad, salmon with green beans and broccolini. I really enjoyed both meals. The area is good.

The room appeared to be clean. The bed was comfortable. The surfaces did not look clean to me. Due to Covid I did wipe all surfaces but to be honest. I was really not up to cleaning the room to my liking so I just put up with it. The bathroom was FAR from spotless. The bathtub was not clean and had a bathtub ring. Shower doors were not spotless. How hard is it to clean glass doors? I wore flip flops to shower. Floor etc was not clean. Sink was not clean. I did not use towels because I was afraid that possibly what looked clean may have not been. Even a budget price hotel should have a clean bathroom.

Absolutely loved the location and stay here. The facilities to cook and make your own food were great. They made sure everything was fully stocked for my stay, as you do not have a cleaner during your stay (unless you request one for a fee) It's about a 30 minute walk to the nearest Publix and 10 minute walk to the closest Walgreens. As well as this, straight up the road about a 10-20 minute drive you can find multiple options for food/shops etc. The check in and out was incredibly easy with zero fuss, as they provide all the details you need beforehand. If your looking for somewhere nice, easy but quiet in a lovely part of Florida I highly recommend. If I was to come back to Florida near this area or near Fort Lauderdale. I would definitely stay here again.

We arrived late,Mr Emanuel by desk welcomed us explaining the door key code and internet,parking.The place is clean very friendly staff,Thank you Erika.The room was small but efficient.Internet worked very well. Enjoyed the pool and Tiki bar where on weekends young singers perform Life for a sociable getaway GREAT Show,and nice atmosphere at the hotel.We meet Mrs Paola also very nice and Helpful at the desk.Very close Restaurants are M.E.A.T. Eatery,Argentinean Grill,the Santo’s Restaurant Buffet bar.We would definitely stay there again&recommend.The atmosphere is very social,we felt very safe all our stay,in two weeks.

In the beginning the toilet in the bathroom did not worked well,the tank did not refilled so we called for repairs and Mr Octavio came ride away and replaced the interior with a new one,so all worked,no problem.

Self check-in, motel style in that the doors all face outside, and you can park right in front of your room, but the rooms don’t feel like motel rooms. Very comfortable bed, marble-ish floors, nice bathroom, pool and other facilities…really feels like a fairly nice hotel.

Silverware, plates, coffee cups, drinking glasses are in the cabinet, but I had to wash them myself before using them because they hadn’t been washed properly, and the coffee maker had a used filter still inside it, coffee grounds and all.

We had a FANTASTIC time staying here! It was perfect for our group. We booked 2 king rooms with balconies, one had a patio right outside of the tiki bar (awesome) & the other was on the 4th floor, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony up there…. We came to town for a concert at the Funky Biscuit. We thoroughly enjoyed the Tiki bar at this hotel, almost more than the concert venue :) …. Cheryl & the bar staff were absolutely fabulous & made us feel right at home!! The rooms were as expected & comfortable, checking in and out was so easy as well. We will most certainly be back!!
