I've stayed here several times and as always really appreciated having a small refrigerator and microwave in the room. There was plenty of storage space for clothes in the large closet and full-sized dresser. Also appreciated having a small desk in the room, with two comfortable chairs. Overall the hotel was clean and well-maintained (especially loved the lush central courtyard). Pool and hot tub were clean and very well-maintained. There was ample free parking all around the building. The complimentary breakfast was great too, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Considering the competitive rate I got, it was a great value for the price. Plus, it's conveniently located, near lots of great restaurants and about a 1-mile walk or 7-minute drive to the beach.

I wrote twice after booking to request a specific room, got two automated responses saying "we will be pleased to honor your request," but was told on arrival the room wasn't available. A better approach might be to ask customers, "What is it about room X that you like?" — so if customers answer "quiet," "close to ice machine," "overlooking pool," etc., the hotel can try to accommodate the need even if a specific room isn't available. The carpet in the rooms also needs replacing and unfortunately makes the otherwise comfortable rooms look a bit dingy. In spite of appearances, though, my room had been thoroughly cleaned.

The rooms were very clean and organised with comfy beds. The cleaners would come every day. The pool was warm and big in a beautiful garden setting. And the hot tub was also very nice. The breakfast was very good with different things to choose from. Another thing that was nice about the room was that there was a separate dressing area. The location by the US-1 was very good to all directions. Also the beach was very near.

Sometimes there was the car noise that disturbed the peace at the pool. And sometimes there were people smoking in the non smoking area right in front of our room.

Standard continental breakfast with a few options. Coffee at the lobby was EXCELLENT. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The location was AWESOME.

The guy who checked me in at the front lobby on 08/12/2023 at 4:00pm, didn't make me feel welcome. No "good afternoon, may I help you?, the breakfast will be served at this place, this is the wi-fi code". I had to ask for EVERYTHING pretty much. Plus, he wouldn't stop starring at me. That was just rude.

This property is beautiful! So tropical with a gorgeous pool! The rooms were way larger than a standard hotel room. Great set up with toilet /shower separated from mirror/sink. Breakfast was fair! They have a hot breakfast but it was NOT good. Eggs tasted strange and the sausage Pattie’s were not good either. The waffle station was nice with topping if you like fruits. And of course you can’t go wrong with bagels & cereal.

Nothing really it’s a amazing hotel.

We're stayed here several times over the years. Front desk was very accommodating when we had heating problems in the first room, turned out second room had same problem. Love the courtyard. Room was large and clean. We would stay again. Great for overnight stay,

The rooms are getting dated and repairs are needed. Very good breakfast. However the breakfast room wasn't as clean as it could be. The hostess wore her gloves but touched everything including door handle several times but never changed the gloves. I would still recommend the hotel.

Great staff, everyone was very friendly and accommodating.

Our room had the smell of a dead mouse at first and was on the bottom floor under the gym. About 10pm we suddenly heard what sounded like a loud dryer tumbling. It turned out to be someone on the treadmill, (they keep the gym open until 11pm) the desk clerk swapped us with no problem and we were in a fresh smelling quiet room within minutes. We also stayed over mother's day weekend and as we walked in to breakfast (which was amazing!) I was handed a beautiful rose!

The outdoor pool was cleaned daily and was delightful. I saw that it was open from 8 am to 10 pm, but several days I had to go to the front desk and ask for the gate to be unlocked after 8 am. It was used mostly by families in the evening to have fun with the children, and lots of families hung around the pool and spa and had impromptu singing contests. It was so much fun; all guests got involved and we all had a good time. The breakfast was lovely, and the dining room was large enough for social distancing to take place easily. The coffee was good. The bath towels were nice and large, and plentiful.

The tiles outside that led to the rooms were damp from (?) the air conditioner, or refridgeration, and they were not cleaned daily. Otherwise, no complaints.

Cleanness of the facility and room. I was able to book last minute. I also appreciate that the staff came to my room to assist when I was having a problem with opening the door with key.

The only problem I had and I feel that it was a big one. The drain was very slow in the shower the water was backing up to above my feet. I feel this is very gross and should be looked into. Other than everything else was perfect.

The staff was very helpful, friendly and understanding. I am not a big breakfast person, but I really enjoyed the buffet. For my needs, the location was perfect, easy access across the bridges and then out West. Oh, best part was ability to come and go with my car as I pleased.

I had long stay, so the fact that I couldn't keep my drapes open (common walkway), made me feel closed in.

The gentleman who checked us in was very kind and professional. They were very accommodating with our needs . The breakfast was great. The pool was nice. Loved the outdoor landscape around courtyard. They also have an outdoor breakfast area. Room clean. Breakfast includied hot meals, fruit, cereal and juice.

Everything was great . Could use an update.
