The manager was wonderful: helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Housekeeping was excellent. Microwave and fridge provided. Plenty of clean towels and pillows. Nice hot shower and bathtub. 99% quiet environment. Hair dryer can be borrowed from office. Safeway store and many eateries within a few blocks. Unbeatable price for Bay area!
Rooms are small and furnishings are bare bones but met my expectations for the low nightly rate. Don't expect hooks, rails, or hangers to hang things. Renovations are due, but then they would undoubtedly have to charge more, and I'm perfectly content with things as they are.

I slept well; the bed was comfortable. The heater worked well and was quiet. I liked the shower -- the flow was steady and even. Microwave and small refrigerator were already running when we got there. Good location for us because it was only five minutes from our event.
Would have liked a small coffee machine in the room. The TV worked well once I figured out how to get it set up, so having an information card about that would have been useful.

This hotel is a great value for the money and is close to both the freeway as well as the shopping center nearby (with a Safeway). The rooms were clean and as quiet as you can be when you are near a freeway. The bed was very comfortable and the staff very friendly.
The hotel is old and worn, so we did have an issue when the shower curtain detached from the wall. The manager fixed this right away - so a didn't like was taken care of. The room was provided with a fan, but I didn't like the fact that the temperature was not well controlled - using fan/portable heaters/windows for ventilation.

perhaps an updated exterior/interior/updated sign to appeal to more people. because besides the aforementioned, location, arrangements, staff and convenience are all great.

I liked almost everything
In the suites there should be a TV in both bedrooms so you can lay in bed and watch TV. I'm traveling with my son and we don't like the same shows

I love the room but the only thing that bothered me was room 6 door lock need to be fix and they need to put new Batteries in the remote not Mitch match Batteries in the remote the band have needs to be clean Way better than it was and I need to put more bath towels in the room Little towl’s and big towels

we have stayed many times when we go to Fort Baker. Very simple and comfort, very few places have a tub anymore thats usable.

There was no breakfast, place was ideal to get to Sausalito and Mt Tam!
The place was just a little bit tired as far as the decor goes.
