Great location off the freeway, easy access from SF airport (SFO). Rooms are quite large, the bed was very comfortable, there is also a kitchenette in the room. Complimentary breakfast was also more than reasonable, as well as the large swimming pool. Keep in mind this hotel is across the bay from the city of San Francisco, possibly 40 mins away by car. This in near the Sausalito side of the bridge.

The place is showing its age, and is in need of freshening up. The rooms still clean, but overall it’s looking a little tired. It’s also a large property with rooms spread out across a number of buildings like a campus. I would still stay there again, but don’t expect Hyatt or Hilton style polish.

Very welcoming receptionists. Easy check in and check out. The room was large, clean, homy, with wall-to-wall carpeting, comfortable clean mattress, pillows, bedsheets, working room temperature control, nice working small fridge, tea/coffee set, clean wardrobe, working hot/cold shower, fast WiFi, nice TV set, a sofa, and a reading chair! Breakfast was decent and more than sufficient, lots of parking space, within walking distance to an upscale shopping mall. It was a nice place to stay.

While the room was largely excellent, a minor inconvenience was the carpeting directly beneath and next to the sink, which made drying water splashes difficult. Additionally, housekeeping was notably slow on Saturday. We understood this might be due to a high volume of check-outs, but unfortunately, by the time staff arrived to service our room, we needed to prepare for a wedding reception. They were unable to wait, resulting in our room not being made up that day.

We stayed at the Best Western Corte Madera Inn April 10th thru 12th, 2025 (so we just left today) and will definitely be booking to stay here again the next time we come to Marin County. All the staff we came in contact with, from check-in, the breakfast staff, and at check-out were so kind. This is definitely a family friendly place as there’s a pool, mini golf area and basketball area. There is also plenty of seating in the court yard for various groups of people to sit. The breakfast was so delicious, my husband and I highly enjoyed their breakfast potatoes. I’ll definitely be spending the next few weeks trying to figure out what they put in them to make it myself haha. Literally the best continental breakfast we ever had. It is one of the nicer, older hotels we have stayed at and near a lot of stores and out door activities like Muir Woods, Muir beach, and a lot of nice hiking trails.

My husband said this was the best hotel we'd ever stayed at. We've stayed in lots of nice places, but we really loved all of the amenities here. It felt like a resort and had so many fun things to do, like lounge around the fire pits, play basketball, shuffleboard, and ping pong, swim, or use the gym. The room was comfortable and quiet and the shower produced hot water almost instantly. We had a private balcony and the lower floors had nice patios with comfortable seating. The breakfast was very nice and served in an old restaurant, which was much preferred over most hotel's free breakfast dining areas.

Safe , clean, helpful staff, centrally located to Corte Madera shopping and city. Walkable community. Easy access to expressways. I was there for 2.5 weeks and would stay again!

The breakfast is simple. Same choice everyday so if you need a huge buffet you won’t get it. But I did wish they were open a little later to 11 instead of 9:30/10.

Everything! The room was spacious, very clean very well maintained, and the decor was nice. with nice decor everything looked very well maintained, two sinks, great water pressure, plenty of hot water. Towels and bed linens were clean and fresh smelling, the breakfast was amazing. The grounds were very well kept and there is a walking trail for the pups. Would highly recommend

There was not one thing I didn't like

The 2 room suite was spacious. Perfect for my family of six. Shower pressure was good and the water was hot. Rooms come with xfinity flex boxes so you have a guide to channels as well as streaming services. Pool was huge and deep. Spa was relaxing.

Doors in the room were heavy and hard to open and close. Ventilation in the bathroom wasn’t good even with the window open. King mattress wasn’t the comfiest but not the worst.

Breakfast was great; the kids loved the waffles, and it gave us a chance to quickly fuel up before we hit the road for the rest of our journey. The location was also good; we needed a stop-over after a long day of travelling, and the hotel was in the perfect spot just north of San Francisco.

The room was looking dated and a bit old/dated. Our room faced Highway 101 (noise) and a very smelly pool of standing water; we opened the sliding glass door for fresh air but had to close it quickly because the standing pool of water was not fresh.

The big pool, table tennis and basketball net were fantastic, the breakfast excellent. Ferry terminal Larkspur was around the corner, a little shopping center with a big supermarket and restaurants across the road

Nothing really, perhaps if you have rainy weather you may need an umbrella to walk to the breakfast room

room clean and quiet BUT.....see below

NO elevator so I struggled to get 3 bags upstairs and then down again. I am 75 and this was very irritating and dangerous for me. I complained and they said a worker would help me in the morning but I skipped the offer and took 3 trips up and down the stairs. Must alert older people of this before assigning them a room. I saw a sign on 2nd floor that said Handicapped access which I thought was an elevator but found none.
