Very clean. Staff, especially Jeff, was very friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was muffins and coffee. Great location if you want to explore other sites than just San Francisco. We will definitely be back. Not the most luxurious, but awesome for the price.

I needed to get up early for an event in Sausalito. The property was right on 101 just a few exits north of my destination. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was sufficient.

There wasn’t a smoke alarm in the room. They said they were replacing things. There weren’t instructions for the TV. The front desk told me how it worked. The in room phone wasn’t connected and I didn’t see a phone Jack on the wall. But who uses wired phones anyway?

location is very convenient to downtown San Francisco and surrounding attractions. The room is clean with all essential amenities. Bed is comfortable. My family was able to get good rest after long driving.

I arrived at 10pm on Monday night after a long drive. The front desk greeted me with no expression on her face. It feels that I wasn't welcomed to stay at this hotel.

It is in a great location just off the 101 and has good parking. It’s also next to an Indian Restaurant with good but very hot food. The room was comfortable for a one night stay. It was functional and comfortable for a one night on the road stay.

Our luggage did not arrive at SFO when we did. I gave a note to the staff about it describing our luggage. This staff member did not pass the message to the next shift staff member, so when our luggage was delivered, it was almost refused. Luckily, this second staff member noticed my tag on one of the suitcases (the other suitcase had my husband’s name which was not who booked our room). Whew. It was a close call.

Quiet even though it’s near the freeway. You can hear the cars but barely, which is impressive given the noise when you step out the door. Confortable and clean enough. And friendly staff.

The location is not ideal as there is nothing here but the freeway. You got to take it to go anywhere. It’s just a place to sleep.

The handicap room was more then just a bed and handicap bathroom. It has an extra bed for a medical assistant and a sofa that turns into a bed. And the bathroom has plenty of room for a power chair to manage. Excellent job and condition close to shopping and close to freeway.

The customer service was top-notch. I do not remember the name of the person who was working the front desk, but he was extremely helpful and very nice and pleasant to talk to.

The beds were a little uncomfortable and our room looked like it still needed to be cleaned a little bit but nothing terrible

Jeff, the front desk clerk, was exceptionally helpful and made us feel very welcome. He was the most friendly and helpful person we encountered on a three-week road trip.

The coffee maker was broken and spilled water, making a mess.

Convenient location and pleasant staff. We had a fridge and microwave even though the room description said we wouldn’t have them.

Room was amazingly small, coffee maker didn’t work and it was a challenge figuring out the freeway routes to and from the hotel.
