We did not have time for the breakfast! The entire staff was super friendly. We did eat in the Bistro which offered healthy meals. The landscaping around the hotel is beautiful and the late winter vegetation is in bloom. The hotel was very clean and orderly.

We were in a disabled room. The space in the bathroom is appreciated but the design/aesthetics were a bit disappointing. The lighting was also disappointing. We did not have a wheelchair but the mirror was not accessible for someone who may have needed it.

The location of the hotel directly opposite a small (outside) shopping center and near the ferry port. Also, it has ample parking available in front of the hotel and the staff is very nice. The rooms are large and spacious and it has everything you need. It has a small kiosk with drinks and snacks, which is open at all times. There is also a bistro with Starbucks coffee/tea inside the hotel. All in all, I will probably stay there again when I am in the area.

Partially a bit noisy in the room, especially the bathroom noise from the neighbors and from the room above when someone is walking around. Price rates are rather high in relation to what you get. The hotel is not located near anything special that would justify this.

Wonderful location and find in Marin County. The room was comfortable - loved the amenities including the lounge and community areas. Beds were very comfortable as was the shower. Plus - directly across the street from Rustic Bakery - Great!

The sink/closet area is limited with very little counter space. The closet was small - two people were crowded in the space at the same time. Not great and a surprise.

Great location, with Marin Country Mart across the street for good dining and a shopping. Easy access to San Francisco (via the ferry across the street or by car), Muir Woods, Marin Headlands, Berkeley, etc. The rooms were clean, updated and in good condition. Starbucks coffee in the lobby. Firepit to gather around in the evening. Pool for the kids. Overall a really nice place to stay.

A couple of guests staying there had dogs that barked and they didn't address it very quickly. Saturday night one dog woke us up from barking twice! One group left their dog on the balcony while they sat at the firepit and the dog kept barking and the guests did eventually do something about it but should have jumped up quickly to fix the problem. The hotel should place guests with dogs in a separate part of the hotel away from the other guests, not in the rooms facing the pool, and emphasize the need to keep them quiet. Beds were comfortable if you like a really firm mattress. Took me some getting used to.

They were the most accommodating, customer service focused and soo wonderful. We were there to attend our nieces wedding and had my 95 yr old mother with me. They were soo nice and ensured a room was ready very early in the day and that the location of the room was not only near an entrance but that we could sit outside and see the pool and courtyard. They were just so wonderful not only to us but all of the families that were there for the wedding. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

Breakfast staff was amazing. Food selection was great. Balcony to sit on outside of room, great idea and that is definitely a plus these days

Lighting in the area to get ready with sink. Not much to put makeup on.

I liked the staff very much. The grounds were clean as was the room-- a key factor in all hotel stays. I liked having fresh air option of sliding doors... .esp in COVID. Since no amenities were available, and no food served, again due to COVID... there isn't a lot to add.

The bathroom. How do you do a renovation and use exiting tub/shower and put a new curtain. All Euro/Asian/Latin American hotels know they must have a walk in shower with glass. Sanitary over a curtain. Bad tub. Difficult to climb in and out.

The staff was wonderful. The lounge areas were relaxing, comfortable and made for a good workspace w/o having to be in the room

#1 issue-Insulation between floors was not good. Could hear every step taken on the floor above me

The people are very kind. They go out of their way to make us comfortable. Everything is clean. It is easy access to our family and to town.

The plugs next to the bed were loose and our phones did not charge. We come often and prices just keep going up.

Staff Friendly & Professional. Good Security. Close to freeway and shops. Across the way from the Ferry. Clean Room, Comfortable Bed, Work Station in room. Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash in Shower.

No cups or glasses in room. No coffee maker. No lotion in room. No pen and paper in room. No garbage bags in the trash cans. Bottom floor hear people in the room upstairs (Nothing to do with hotel -Ferry does not run on the weekend)
