Nice facilities. Plenty space and comfy bed. The hotel grounds were very nice and it was good walking distance away from shopping area. Also staff were very friendly.

Some of the utensils in the kitchen were a bit dirty. There was a list of what should be in kitchen and some things were missing. Also a sign saying guests must wash up their used kitchen equipment yet no soap or sponge provided. After asking 3 times for soap we finally got some but were told we weren’t allowed a sponge due to hygiene reasons…after 12 days travelling and staying different places, this is the first place we heard this.

We had a long stay - 10 nights, and needed a home away from home. The rooms and beds are comfortable - suite with kitchen was great. Fitness room was a nice add-though could be a hair larger (sauna was out of order).The pool and courtyard area are very cute.- it was too wet during our stay to use it. Staff were very nice - we had been put in the ADA room that I did not like - and dont need- and the man at the front desk moved us to a quieter one one the 3rd floor- very nice people all around.

The worst for us is the wall to wall carpeting- it is just so dirty- even if its vacuumed. Wanted to do some stretching but did not want to get near the floor. Or step on it…

Location was close to the Golden Gate Bridge scenic overview. Bedrooms were spacious, and the air-conditioner was powerful (albeit noisy). Staff at counter was very friendly. Products (coffee, soaps, complimentary water) all felt premium.

The floors had terrible acoustics - we could hear the guests above us walking around their room at night and in the morning. When we walked, our footsteps also reverberated so it seems like a building design problem. We could also hear people coughing and talking from our bedrooms, so sound insulation was poor. The overhead fan wasn't working.

Love the courtyard feel with the pool, hot tub, greenery, sanctuary, and play area. Convenient location within walking distance to a trader joes, world market, restaurants, and great coffee. Also a good home base for exploring Marin county in general. Rooms were just the right size for our family of five and were very comfortable. It felt like home for a few days.

Kitchen appliances are a bit dated. We had trouble with the stovetop coils not working properly. One of the sliding doors in the bedroom closet was missing.

It was an excellent location for our needs to assist a friend in Marin General Hospital. Staff were exceptional and professional. Always helpful with a quick response. Rooms are comfortable and large.

Having been there a few times over a 3 week period we had different rooms. All were very similar but some were very noisy from traffic. Highly recommend getting new windows double pane. The kitchen is great but limited kitchen essentials. Maybe have on hand for people to sign out as some guest I meet stay a long time!

The quick response to any queries - issue with our shower and cooker sorted in a heartbeat. The pool. The barbecues. The laundry. The beds. The ice cold fridge. The parking. The fact that we got a room to ourselves and the teenage offspring were placed in the lounge - happy days! Supermarket two minutes drive away. Huge wine and beer merchants two minutes walk away. If you haven't booked yet, what's your problem?! Also, staff were ace. All the time.

Leaving. And the fact that people kept leaving us fresh towels, and making our beds. What's the world coming to, I ask you?

I keep coming back here b/c i love that there are suites, w/ full kitchen and a separate bedroom (w/ a door!) Love that there’s a fitness center & i like the outdoor saltwater jacuzzi. The cleaning staff is non-intrusive, front desk people are all nice and helpful and there’s a good ambience

The only light in the bathroom has a vent fan which is extremely loud - you hear them in the rooms above, below and nextdoor. There’s 1 small elevator at the back of the property - it’s old - i got stuck in it, the call button went unanswered, fortunately i had my cell phone with me and called the front desk

Very well kept facility, very clean and the staff were all very friendly. The pool area was nice and clean. The only knock on the facility is that it is a bit dated and has an old house smell and they should probably update to smart TV's. The room was large and had very comfortable beds. We liked the retro room but the smell not so much! That being said we would definitely stay with them again.

The location was close to family I was visiting and the Corte Madera shops were short walk. The Marin Transporter was also close by to get to and from the Airport.

Better directions to ramps to get to my section of the hotel would have been useful instead of lugging my bag down and up stairs. Although the stairs were short it was a hassle with a heavy suitcase. I discovered the ramps later of my own accord.

2 bedroom suite was really spacious, beds comfortable. Surrounding grounds were nice and well kept.

Swimming pool water wasn't very clear and you could see dirt on the bottom, also the water was cold, so couldn't really get it in the evening, also sponge was not there to wash the dishes,just the washing up liquid, so putting a sponge would be beneficial. Hot water was not working while I was there, they did tell at the time of check in that they have called the plumber, but it was not fixed until around midnight.
