A completely laid back and relaxing stay, woke up with the patio doors open overlooking the bay and stayed under the duvet for an extra half an hour just because we could. Parking was fine and a minutes walk from all of Sausalitos fine eateries and shops. The owner recommended Poggio Trattoria for a meal...it was amazing, we went there twice, and he even let me use his fridge in reception to cool a few beers to have on the patio before going out. Thanks for a great end to an emotional holiday.

Only a couple of things...first may be a cultural thing as we were visiting from England, but when in our room of an evening getting ready to go out, there was an overwhelming smell of marijuana from the enclosed courtyard which was obviously the staff, just felt a bit seedy for the price and ambiance of the place. Secondly, be prepared that other balconies overlook your bedroom, stayed in the Magnolia room and realised a bit too late that you have to keep half the curtains closed!! Overall only petty things really compared to how much we enjoyed ourselves...thankyou.

The room was gorgeous!!! this property could really benefit from a professional photographer. the photos on the website just don’t do it justice. Our room was huge, and the clawfoot tub really made it special. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever stayed in. They also provide you with a full size hair dryer, which I know sounds like a minuscule amenity, but it really was nice. I looked at rooms by the water from other hotels, but for the money I thought our pick was far more worth it. It was incredibly quiet the whole time. Despite there being a car in every parking spot, we never saw another guest the whole time. The view was fabulous, you could see the bridge from our window. Did I mention we had five beautiful windows with Roman shades? Honestly, what wasn’t to like?

Exceptional service and helpful information at check in assisting us in making a booking for a trip. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

For almost $400 for one night, the room was below expectation. It was clean and comfortable but we expected more than a very shabby pair of faded brown curtains at the street level window. The room looked tired. We couldn't work the TV and the telephone was not connected. Rather disappointed despite it being premium Sausalito prices.

Location was fantastic! Aiden and Jaylene were both extremely helpful and welcoming! We would stay here again! It. was our first overnight in Sausalito and we hope to return one day soon. Room was very comfortable.

It would be great to have screens on the windows. It cooled down plenty in the evening with fans but since there is no AC, screens on windows would help guests feel a little more secure.

The location was perfect. Everything we wanted to do was in walking distance. The bed was comfy, the amenities were nice. Would stay again.

The stairs down the porch are steep. The shower temperature is a little tricky to set. The weather was hot and the room doesn't have A/C. They do provide a floor fan, but the room doesn't have the space to circulate that air.

lovely, homely property, like staying in a large, old cottage. room was roomy, super comfortable and well appointed. also only a short stroll from all the shops and cafes along the waterfront. location of Sausalito so close to San Francisco, but more like a vacation spot was terrific.

Some breakfast offering would have been welcome.

The inn was in a beautiful older home just around the corner from the main shopping street in Sausalito. Our room was large with a king-sized bed and fireplace. It had its own entrance off the porch with a table and chairs right outside. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was super nice. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was spotless and smelled great.

I have no complaints.

The rooms are amazing!! Views and town was amazing, will be back.

Staff called to check what time we were arriving. We guessed, but we were a little later than expected. I just thought it a little weird to give a specific time as we are on vacation, so you never know where the day will bring you. Besides that call the stay was great, room was beautiful!!!

Great location! Very comfortable too

The bathroom had an old fashioned tube - very hard to step in and out of There was an additional charge to park and we had difficulty finding a space after a night out. We called for help and I thought the gentleman who answered the phone was rude

Service minded and friendly staff. Clean and serviced room. 305 view is amazing and guile size of room.

The prices in SF were super high during my stay (due Dreamforce) and I would not pay the rates under more normal circumstances to get price/quality value. But compared to a room in the city during this event, I pulled the longest straw.
