The room was very clean and nice. The bathroom was also very clean, roomy and well equipped (handheld shower head). Breakfast was ordered from a menu. It was very well prepared and quite large. Breakfast for all was supposed to be included in the price, but wasn't (once again Booking.com failed miserably). However, the Manager was VERY friendly, understanding and flexible and saved the day (thank you so much).

The beds were very narrow (although we were informed from the start).

It was exactly like it was in the photos! The bathrooms are so squeaky clean and new and no moulds. omg im so happy about this. the sheets are also clean. im like a neat freak so you can just imagine how this makes me happy. location is also alright. Near banana republic outlet, several malls, trader joes, denny’s, etc. Accessible! bus stops nearby too. If taking the bart from san francisco downtown, go down at mcarthur station take the bus and go down shellmound. easy!

The hotel was close to dining and shopping. Given that the airline lost our luggage, it was nice to find affordable replacements within walking distance.

The computer in the lobby for guests to use was down. But the Wi-Fi was fine so we were able to make do.

I liked the size of the room and the bed. It was also easy to procure more towels. I was happy that the air conditioning worked. I liked the shower. Hotel bathrooms are always my favorite.

The coffee in the room was terrible. It would've been nice to have a fridge, but I made do with the ice machine and container. I couldn't get a later checkout than 1pm. I've paid far less for similar accommodations, but it was the most acceptable value compared to dirt motels and 5-star places out of my desired price point.

Bed was comfortable. Pillows fluffy. Check in and out process was very easy. Price was same as quoted by Booking.com. Pool wasn’t open. Hotel provided extra coffee pods and creamer for the room when I asked. Also fairly easy walk from Amtrak station.

No pool. If you come in at night from the train station it can be a bit scary but honestly it was ok.

We felt very safe and comfortable during our stay. I appreciated that the lobby doors required a room key to enter. We loved the free parking and the staff was amazing.

Everything was excellent clean friendly staff and they have sign up hours for the pool so only o e family at a time with covid makes it a great worry free relief. The pool is heated!! Huge plus most hotels don't have this. There are snacks that can be purchased and drinks. The rooms were clean and they provided sanitizer wipes for the room!

Staff are very professional and friendly. Breakfast was very good. I've had the salmon bagel and the yogurt with berries. Everything was made well and tasted good.
