The hotel is really nice. New, clean, really nice reception! Very friendly night shift receptionist! Nice view of the forest garden with crickets.

Very noisy! Every morning we woke up because of noise. Housekeeping starts to clean around 8-9 AM and does it really loud, with a super loud vacuum cleaner, dish sounds and moving the furniture. I asked several times to clean another room for now and not with tenants but all requests were ignored. And the last morning we were there we woke up because of floor drilling (sounds like a drill for roads in open air) in the next room. I recorded this sound and went down to the reception to ask please to stop. However it didn't. We won't book it again.

We stayed for a week as a family with a toddler and it was perfect. The restaurant has a good breakfast buffet at a reasonable price and the dinner options at the restaurant are solid. Having a bar in the hotel was also a plus. The room was spacious and clean. We also got a crib for free and it was a good crib. They also provided toiletries for kids. There is a playground and huge supermarket near the hotel. There are also good restaurants nearby but not as many as the city center.

The shower setup is not up-to-standard. The water spills over the bath tub so there's a bit of flooding after showering.

I like that they were an all inclusive hotel. That’s really nice. The room was really spacious and the staff were friendly. It is close to the train station. The lobby is nice and the food was good. I liked the breakfast and the lunch was good too. The room had a bathtub and very big wardrobes. I ate creamy risotto and liked it. They have gluten free options for breakfast and lunch, which is a great thing for people like me (celiac). They offer you free water,tea and coffee and there was a water boiler in the room. The tv was big and the bed was soft. I slept well. My room had a nice view (a green park with a sculpture in it). This hotel is good for longer stays as the wardrobe is huge. Thank you

The air conditioning was a bit leaky and I got some cold drops on my neck from it while using the wardrobe. I also didn’t bring any hair conditioner and shower gel thinking that I would find them there anyways as I normally do in hotels but there wasn’t any. Just a shampoo like shower gel. So I advise you to bring yours with you. Bring all your personal care items with you in fact. But this was a minor inconvenience. Other than this the hotel is pretty clean and nice.

Clean hotel. Restoran and caffee opened all day (not typical for Madrid where moat of places are closed in some parts of he day. Breakfast is with various offer. A la cart meni is with pasta, burgers and some domestic tapas with very prety fer prices vs madrid restorant prices. Staff friendly and professional with good english knowlegde. Gym was good. 10 minutre by taxi or Bolt from hotel to city center( Prado and Retino.park..from there everything is walking distance) Santiago Bernabeu is 3 minute by taxi..30 minute walking

I could not find anything that we didint liked.

- Great place in Madrid that can be reachable by bus/metro in about 40 mins from the city center or 20 minutes by car/uber/taxi. Also fair connection with Airport. - Perfect for a business stay if location is not relevant - Good breakfast - Clean, nice bedrooms

- Most of the staff were kind, but there were exceptions - Far from the city center. If the purpose of the trip is tourism and you consider to go back to the hotel during the same day, it will take you some time to do the whole round trip.

Spacious room, comfortable bed and great location if you want to travel from the airport by metro and don't want to stay in the city center. Breakfast was ok with enough choices. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I would prefer standard pocket like douvet sheets rather than the two separate sandwich like layers with the douvet in between. It is not hygienic having the middle layer shared in between hosts an you can't avoid the sheets to fall apart exposing it :(.

The hotel staff were helpful and the rooms, despite not having any coffee supplies, were clean and spacious. We purchased the buffet breakfast with our room and it was worth the extra money because of the convenience. The buffet had a large variety of cold cuts, cheeses, fruit, cakes, breads etc. and we didn't realize that one had to make a request for eggs and bacon from a server until the second day of our stay. This lapse of information was not the fault of the hotel, we didn't notice the small sign at our table explaining it. Accessing transportation to the main tourist sights in Madrid was easy, a bus stop next to the hotel or a metro, a few streets away. The hotel was surprizingly quiet and must have been constructed with good soundproofing because the hotel was full. The hotel promotes itself as being accessible to people living with disabilities.

It would have been preferable to have had hot breakfast items at the buffet instead of having to make a separate request. Apart from that, I would recommend this hotel

Spacious room with huge windows, one of which opened, overlooking a lot next door, so quiet. Very comfortable beds, a big bathroom with tub/shower, In room hot water pot to make tea or (instant) coffee. Close to Chamartin train station. Upscale neighborhood with many embassies seems very safe.

Not a commercial area, so few local cafes and restaurants. Very busy street. No in room information on hotel facilities - I would have liked menus and hours for hotel cafeteria and restaurant.

The hotel decoration, staff, comfort and inclusiveness. It's marvelous to see a company giving opportunity to those with some conditions which are perfectly capable of carrying out the job. I would like to highlight Afonso's care and attention (from Reception). Definitely a role model in his field.

Nothing. As a suggestion, I do believe the "Superior Rooms" - the ones with a balcony - could have chairs and tables. We would've enjoy that.

Very comfortable bed, we traveled with our 6 month old baby and hotel provided a crib and some infant toiletries for free. The staff at the reception was very friendly and quick. The temperature and air conditioning was perfect and in those hot days comfortable. We ate at the restaurant and the food was good, also the breakfast was fine.

Since we needed the location, for us it was convenient, but otherwise it was a little far from the city centre.
