It was possible to park a car near the hotel without problems. We stayed for only one night and it's perfect for such a short stay Even though the negative points seem long I still recommend this place

The lift was not available, so keep in mind that you need to carry you luggage upstairs. Also, if the battery of your phone dies you might have problems getting to the hotel as the doors open through the button in the email. The noise in the hall started at 9 o'clock ( the cleaning lady and the man started painting the walls🤷), so this might create you some inconvenience.

The room was fine, so were the facilities, clean and value for money in this area. I also liked that they provided a water bubbler in the foyer.

I didn't like that the process for checkin was not made clear on the booking.com website. It was necessary to check in prior to arrival, leave a credit card in case of damage (that is fine) and then the access to the room is all online. This points to the fact that this is very industrial airbnb type group that employs few people. Also on two ocassions we had difficulty getting the online access to the building and room to work - it relies on your mobile data being available. Another issue was the fact that the bottom sheet did not fit the bed and kept slipping off all night.

Really clean, spacious room. Even though you have to share a bathroom, it still feels private as it’s only shared between 3 different rooms.

Contactless check-in, while a clever concept being able to access the building and your room by phone, is only good as long as your phone has enough battery and you can get mobile data, otherwise you’re stuck. I think it would be better if it was an option as well as having a physical room key. One of the lights has motion sensors and turns on randomly.

Comfy double bed with two pillows, not one long one. Bin in main room, not just in bathroom. Large, hot, powerful shower. Easy to reach and find from airport. Quiet, residential area but there are a couple of bars nearby. Between 2 Metro lines. Auto check in worked fine. Loads of sockets.

No full length mirror. No telly, if you're bothered about that. Building work going on very close by. Room quite impersonal, not much character.

The location was very very good 5 minutes away from line 8 I loved the water supply at the entrance it's very useful. The security was 10/10 I always felt very safe The shared bathroom was good and spacious the shower very comfortable

The walls and doors are very very thin you can pretty much hear everything and everyone moving, and they might ( as it happened) wake you up multiple times per night

Very clean, comfortable and brand new room with everything one might need for a short stay. Checking in and checking out are easy and done electronically, which is so convenient. Location is also great and the place is 5mins away from a metro station.

The mattress was not good. My body was sinking in the middle and towards my partner which meant my back was constantly curved and in uncomfortable position. I'd recommend a change.

the cleaning lady, Conchi deserves a raise, a promotion and everything in this world. absolutely loved her

if you're travelling for tourism the location could be a bit far from the main attractions of Madrid, but the metro service is excellent and easily accessible. all the room needed to be perfect was a little fridge to store drinks or snacks. staying there for a week, it was a little inconvenient to be unable to store food or beverages, especially on those days when most if not all shops were closed

very comfortable and spacious, towels and soap provided as well as plenty of drawers, it would have been nice to stay for longer. cold and warm water provided in lobby as well as free wifi.

could have given some instructions on how to use the air conditioning as it got very cold at night and only had light covers. For the price, if a kettle was provided would have also been nice.

It was good value for the money, great that you can check in anytime

The check in was a little confusing as I haven't received the instructions before the check in, so great that we met other people coming the same time and they explained how it works and my partner found that he received the instructions, but I did not.

It was a clean place. Got a good sleep

Location is close to nothing relevant (except airport). It was difficult to enter as the instructions are hard to understand. I had to open the door for a couple that couldn't enter at 2am as they also found the instructions to be difficult to understand
