Very spacious room and bathroom with the necessary amenities for shorter stays like business or weekend. King bed was comfortable for me as I like beds to be a bit more rigid. Tv had more than 70 channels in different languages. Great check out time at 12:00. Big windows that let a lot of natural light in. Breakfast had a decent variety of dishes, both hot and cold and fresh fruits. For the price paid, it was better than expected and hotel staff where all very friendly. Extra plus for quick check in.

Since the hotel lies just next to a busy road and bus station, if you have a room towards that area, it's quite noisy until late hours, especially on weekends.

This hotel has an excellent location in Madrid, very close to some great transportation connections. The metro and bus station is across the street, and the c h a r m a rtin train station is only about four blocks away. The rooms are spacious and have mini bars, safes, and other good facilities. They have a great range of TV channels on their cable, including BBC and NHK news.

The water from the bathroom sinks is quite slow. The breakfast at 14 euros is quite on the high side. And the hotel raises its rates from day to day. When I asked about the rates for an additional day, the rate was quite High.

Location was great. Staff was very nice. Very clean, except for long hair on the soap dispensers. But in general good.

Matress was those using noisy and uncomfortable springs. The building itself seems like those from the 70-80s with some adaptations to new type of constructions but still seems quite old. Not very much, but you can see things in the bathroom quite wasted, like doors, the WC, etc. Breakfast was not tasty at all. You have better altenatives at nearby restaurants. Not sound isolation at all. Room was too hot inside, and I traveled early Spring. I don't want to imagine how hot will be in Summer. There's a fan and you can open the windows, but there's no air conditioner.

I highly recommend this wonderful hotel to all travellers to madrid I will mention the prominent features I impressed by: 1. The hotel 's online reservation policy is excellent, I could pay the amount on the arrival date and I had chance to cancel my reservation only 1 day before my travel. So,I believe it is kind of very relaxed and comfortable condition. 2) The staff and reservation are SO respectful and kind, more importantly they are SO responsible when you ask them something . 3)I stayed 7 days and every other day I had my room cleaned (almost every day)and the cleaning staff were so respectful and responsible. 3) The hotel's policy towards guests and passengers is perfect after 5 days of my stay in hotel,I told the reservation I want to check out 4days earlier and without asking me question they refunded my money for the nights I asked. 4)the accessibility of hotel is wonderful, couldn't be better!! metro station is just in front of the hotel and various bus stations, 5) you can find many banks, restaurants and cafés only 3 minutes away from hotel by walking.

It is a very nice hotel at the metro station location that is very convenient to get to the city center, just a couple of stations, and easy to get to the airport with one change of the lines. The room was very clean, it also included a kettle, tea/coffee, a little bottle of water, and some small sweet welcome. My room was quiet enough since it didnt face the street but instead, i had a great view of the square from the backyard side.

It would be good to have an extra duvet/blanket in the room for those (like me) who are getting cold under the thin blankets at night.

Large and clean room. Car parking under the hotel with direct lift access. Breakfast was actually quite good, with many options and good quality food. Location was great if you need to be around the financial centre of Madrid or need some of the embassies located nearby (about 20 min walk). There is a bus station and a metro station right in front. There is a large shopping centre 2 metro stops away.

The furniture is a bit old and tired with some evident repairs needed (nothing major). Hotel doesn't update information on their various vehicles, so the information given by the receptionists contradicts the ones found on lift, room or even their own site (accessible by QR code in many areas of the hotel).

Exceptional room and housecleaning. They showed up every day to clean the room even though I would go out at different times. I never saw the cleaning staff but always arrived to a clean room. The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was a very good buffet with loads of choices. Amazingly, the room was set at the perfect temperature. I don't know how it was heated as there weren't any radiators but it was perfect. Also they supplied several toiletries and a dental kit in case I forgot.

Clean beautiful hotel and room. Our room overlooked the business center. Responsive and pleasant staff. We liked the location of the hotel: the hotel is close to the train station so it will be convenient for you to walk this distance; at the exit from the hotel there is also a bus station and metro (blue and light blue line on which you will quickly reach the very center)

A night in a hotel is expensive + we had to pay for breakfast 24 euros for two

the location is good right next to the metro and the bus station, the room was nice and big and a very big bed the breakfast was nice

This property I would say is not a 4 start the bathroom needs updating loose or broken tiles I didn’t move the shower head because the rail was loose and I was afraid of it coming off, also the furniture in the bedroom was broken also in need of upgrading. the kettle the cable was too short so I had to move on to the bedside cab

Near the train station and bus station. Also walkable to metro station. The rooms are a bit dated but clean enough. Check in was a bit of a problem. We checked in at 12:40pm. Was asked to come back at 2. It was ok cause we left our luggages and went for lunch. Then we came back 2:30 and waited for an hr still for the room to be cleaned. To make up for this, the hotel sent us complimentary pastries and an apology. 🙂
