location service quality room everything perfect except below which is a disqualifier for me
pretty perfect hotel, except …. no decent coffee machine, just a water cooker and instant coffee; this is not of this time anymore for a hotel of this quality. it drags the , otherwise great hotel, down. a Nespresso machine costs 100-150€ so a small investment to get up to standard at this price level.

The hotel is absolutely world class, staff are extremely courteous and professional, the place is immaculate with gorgeous views, breakfast had great options, would definitely stay again. It's a bit pricey for the bargain traveler though

The hotel is fabulous, which is expected from it as it is 5 stars, but the real deal is the staff; they are so kind and helpful, very respectful. The room is spacious and the view is stunning. The bed is the most comfortable ever. The light settings can be changed, which comes in very handy when you want just ambient light to relax. Loved the bathroom. The shower is great and it creates a steam room.

We liked everything. The welcome was friendly and warm (we were given an upgrade), and the room was exceptional: good size, great bathroom, wonderful view, good facilities, small gym, good breakfast, nice bar. There is also a very good park behind the hotel, as well as many restaurants and a small shopping centre.
I would have preferred to have more drawers and clothes space in the room. Also, the shower door, which is beautiful, lets the water go through so a lake is inevitably created every time one showers.
