An excellent stay! Everything was clean, great WiFi, spacious and close to metro/bus stops so easy to get around. We had requested a cot for our 1 year old daughter which they provided with a little welcome gift of toiletries for her. The staff are friendly and helpful. They went beyond, cheered her up and gave our daughter a teddy bear. So lovely gesture! Her teddy was with her everywhere we went. Also to mention, the breakfast buffet was the largest and most various types I have ever seen.
Only one thing, the shower room would be better if it wasn't see through. Even you had curtains through the wall to separate the rooms.

Room was spacious, comfortable, very clean. Could be a little more "modern" (no USB ports, for instance). Unclear whether coffee, water, etc were complimentary or not. Breakfast was fantastic -- lots of items to choose from, eggs, pastries, cold-cuts, cheeses, cereals, veggies, fruits, etc. And finally the gym -- it's a full blown gym, open to the public (so pretty busy). But you've got everything you could need.
Location is outside of the city center -- it's a quick 5 min walk to the metro, and then 4 or or stops to the center so not bad. But not the best neighborhood for dining out options, etc.

We were upgraded to a top-floor suite and greatly appreciated it! Check in was challenging as we arrived at the same time as a HUGE company event group but after my husband complained we were taken aside and checked in separately. That was also super appreciated.
Large group check ins should be handled separately from non-group check ins. Non group guests should not have to endure delays or long waits because of groups. Also, the air conditioning in our super suite stopped working overnight and we had to call maintenance at 4am because it was so hot. That was unfortunate.

.If you want a place to stay in Madrid , in a calm area , here is the right choice! 5 minute walk to metro station, and you will be in centrum by 20 minutes. Our room was superior one on 11 floor , with 3 balconey and outstanding view on Mdrid specially Santiago Bernabeu Football Stadium . . Hotel is clean and in order , breakfast had good variety of choices. Perfect room lightening and air condition. Comfotable bed , clean sheets and nice room service . Easy check in and fast checkout by helpfull staff.
In comparison to similar properties, it was a bit pricy . Swimming pool is only for +12 years old , so kids dont have an opportunity for fun. I am telling this as a suggestion for a possible improvement: in the breakfast area , chairs make a lots of noises when people move them , might be solved by adding some rubber or plastic or some ind of addesive under the wooden legas of the chairs.

The breakfast is wonderful, has all you could possibly wish for and more (even loose tea!). The fitness centre is a proper gym, with changing rooms, a Crossfit area, all sorts of machines and it's huge. The rooms are very spacious and modern. The bed is comfortable, with different sizes and hardness of pillow.
The only thing I didn't like is that the rooms are not totally sound proof. Even though my room was facing a side road, I could hear the rumbling of traffic on the main road. I could also hear other guests, especially those wearing noisy shoes. The restaurant was closed and they were serving food on a few tables in a dark area in the lobby. Food was good though.

NH Collection hotels in general, are pefect for business trips. This particular hotel in Madrid, is one of the best. Modern rooms, spacious, big bar, comfortable beds, sound proof. State of the art facilities. I have recently discovered them and they will surely be one of my favorite places to stay.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The whole family really enjoyed the daily breakfast, the variety of food was wonderful, and each of us could enjoy. The beds are all very comfortable, and the sheets and pillows are very clean, as with the towels.

Excellent hotel, room very spacious and bed so comfy. Spa was amazing and well worth the cost if you don't have It included in your booking. Breakfast was the best I have had so far, so many choices and everything is so fresh and well presented.
It was a very busy weekend and sometimes you had to wait a long time for the lift, as there are 3 for 15 floors (just being picky here!)

This lovely (very dog friendly) hotel was very clean and modern, the bedroom was big and had a really comfortable bed / pillows. The dressing area and bathroom was also super nice. We were on the 11th floor, views weren’t exceptional but they weren’t bad either. It very close to the Real Madrid stadium and you can walk to numerous nice places to eat and drink in the area. There’s also a clinic just a few mins walk away if you need to get your travel Covid test!
A pool would have been nice. Staff able to give a little Covid /travel assistance would have been nice, but I’m being picky!

No double bed only two singles pushed together. There was no pool, which I had questioned and we were told there was a spa available , which was not correct as it was being renovated.
