Definitely value for money here. Kitchenette and also free breakfast, for a very fair price in what is overall a very nice neighborhood (cafes, restaurants, plenty of shops), not far from a metro line (3-4 minutes walk). No other hotel offer came close in terms of value/location. The (upgraded) room was overall fine, spacious, Breakfast fair, in a tight and window-less room. Not the best, but adequate.

Reception. First, tried to book us into one of their smaller rooms in their back-of-the-property building, despite having paid for an upgraded one. then, without apologies sent us with keys to a room that was still occupied, before they finally found a free room. No apologies or sympathy for us, sending us here and hither with our suitcases. The place is overall pretty run down, old and not very well maintained. No joy, no smiles, no extras. While the kitchenette is adequate for a few days, it was as minimal as they could get away with: exactly two forks, two glasses, not even salt/paper/sugar, let alone some oil or vinegar.

Comfortable apartment. Cleaned up every day. Friendly staff. Near the metro station.

Everything was as described.

Nice location, pleasant breakfast, good daily cleaning of the rooms. It was a good option to have a small kitchen in the room, but the wine glasses would be appreciated :) I also admit a comfortable bed, good blackout curtains, a socket and a lamp near the bed. Thank you for the welcome water and sweets.

The night from Friday to Saturday was quite noisy, but I guess I can not blame the hotel only. The system of ventilation/warming/cooling in the room worked in a strange way.. It would be nice to have at least one channel in English among 30+ spanish channels on TV.

Nice hotel in nice neighborhood, away from noise and traffic, with 24 hr service desk. We parked car in secure hotel park and used metro to city centre, metro is a few min walk from hotel. Lots of bars, restaurants, supermarkets around. Room had all the amenities needed, a/c worked very well. Nice to have lifts to our room, including lift from basement carpak. Room was serviced daily. Breakfast was very good in a nice stylish environment. Staff were very.attentive and met all our needs.

Car park cost was a bit pricy.

I really can’t say anything bad about this hotel. Everything was perfect and it’s definitely great value for the money! It’s cheaper than many hotels in Madrid, but it offers so much. First, the location is impeccable. It’s less than 5-minute walk to the metro station (Prosperidad), which is well connected to downtown. Second, the room is spacious and very clean. Third, the breakfast was sooo good! If it hasn’t been included in your room price, you can simply purchase it for around €8 only, but you get a lot of good food! And fourth, which is absolutely the best part of this hotel: the staff! Everyone I met always greeted me with smile, happiness, and positivity. They looked like they loved their job and they were always ready to help. Once I had an issue with my suitcase lock and they helped me right away. A few days later I needed an iron and ironing board, and they lent them to me straight away. And every time they helped, they always did it while smiling, joking, and giving lots of positive vibes. I will definitely stay here again. Muchísimas gracias y enhorabuena, equipo Esentia Togumar por su trabajo impecable! Me encantó todo lo que vivía durante mi estancia. Seguro que me volveré a quedar allí la próxima vez que vaya a Madrid!

Basically nothing. But I’ve just got a very minor comment: Maybe it would be better to install some more light bulbs in the room. I mean, it’s not dark at all in the room, but I just happen to like a very bright room :)

very nice and helpful staff; short distance to metro station (however, to get to the city center you need about 30 minutes by metro); there are many shops and restaurants within walking distance, the hotel is located in a residential area, which seemed calm and safe; quiet room, very comfortable beds, bed linen, quilts and pillows looked like new or almost new, spacious apartament with small kitchenette, well-working air-conditioning, large TV set (I don't know what TV programs are available because we didn't watch TV)

you must be prepared for climbing steps (0,5 to 1 floor depending on in which building you have a room), equipment and some furniture are already "fatigued" - creaking cupboard door, leaky flush in the toilet, few broken tiles, the fridge didn't cool well unless it was set on the max power

The room has a small kitchen in the front and a huge bedroom. We only stayed for one night and used the A/C which worked nicely. We had a nice breakfast in the morning which had a good variety of food and breakfast drinks. The front desk was helpful with directions. We were able to store our luggage with the front desk while we went walking around town. I asked for rooms close together and our rooms were next to each other and by the elevator. There is a nice outside area in the back.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, with a great bathroom and mini-kitchen. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and generous. The hotel is located in a quiet but vibrant residential neighbourhood about 15 min by bus from central Madrid. Great proximity to local restaurants and family-friendly parks.

The location was central and there is a bus from/to the airport. The breakfast is fine, everything you need. The receptionists are super friendly and helpful.

The internet is not so strong.

Very efficient check-in and out; extremely helpful in printing out PCR certificate necessary for travelling back abroad; although a little bit out of the way from the touristic Madrid center, it was near a metro station and was in a popular neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants. The room was big, extremely clean, comfortable and with a modern design and with a kitchenette plus huge bathroom. There was an exterior patio in between the hotel entrance with a small lobby and the actual rooms or apartments. The hotel room rate included a breakfast buffet which was very good in selection and manned by friendly and efficient lady. All in all, great value for money and will definitely stay here during future travels.
