great place, good service. everything you need for a confortable stay. awesome AC, very needed during heatwave.

I didnt like that the entry is with the digital key cause I was always worrying about my battery dying while out. also, I was wondering how would this work with people that are a little older, dont think the system would be easy for them. Other that that, middle stay, the digital key stopped working and we had to use passkeys, which was ok, but the day the key stopped working I was trying to get home at 2am and didnt want to wait out there untill I could find the front desk phone and call. however, once I called it was solved in less than 5 minutes.

The apartment was in a very good location, close to lots of cafes, restaurants, shops, public transport. Salamanca is in a good and safe neighborhood. The apartment is a good size, it’s functional, has everything you need for a few days in the city, kitchen is very well equipped. It is very clean too.

it was complicated to get into the building, since it’s all digital check in. It took us 30 minutes (with help on a phone call with a customer representative) to check in. A few times after we had problems getting in too and were then told to very slowly put in the access code otherwise it wouldn’t work. The service representatives were very helpful. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and small for 2 people.

It seemed as if the apartment building was brand new, everything was super clean and the location was fantastic! Salamanca is a very nice neighbourhood.

The digital door access was a bit tedious, It didn't work for us for sometime, but later I asked the support person for door codes, which made it much easier to access the building and the room. Also, walls in the rooms are a bit thin, you can hear the neighbours pretty well. Room size is slightly smaller than it looks in the pictures, but that didn't affect the comfort of the stay!

location is great in Barrio Salamanca. Very quiet street. I stayed in one of three rooms on Bajo floor. others would be a hassle because there is an elevator but it’s not for guests to use. the electronic keys worked great. I was stumped on how to turn on the cooktop and the staff was very responsive and helpful when I messaged them for assistance. Very comfortable and would stay again. Window opens to the street, but people walking are below the bottom of the window. Carrefours Express and Mercadona are just down the street.

The room was perfect! Very comfortable bed, nice bathroom and kitchen. Has everything you need in the room. The location is perfect. Tons of great restaurants around, close to Retiro, but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city.

There were lockers for our luggage but all were taken and they were small. We have to go around the city to find a spot for our luggage and we lost an hour of our day and 20 euros. Most accommodations make this easy.

The apartment was amazing, is super clean, it's new and has many facilities. It's also well located with 2 metro stations close to it. Is not very big, but enough for 2 people. Highly recommended!

The check in is a bit complicated but they helped us untill we got it.

I could only open the door with the app from my phone so I had to be always looking for my phone battery to dont run out. The walls are kind of thin. I could hear the next room snore

Lovely area, very clean, really helpful staff. Good supermarket close by. Bed comfortable. Apartment had good facilities. Easy to access.

Could be more flexible on arrival and departure time. Couldn't store bags.

It had everything we needed. It was super clean, good location and nice lighting.

The walls were a little thin so if someone was listening loudly to music, you could hear it.

the apartment was so clean and quite! the area is near from the city center and with 2 different metro station. The apartment has a full equipment so you can cook .

the bathroom was so cold, has no air conditioning in it !
