Everything is good. The Location is what makes it worth to stay here. There is a Restaurant nearby named Treze a michelin star which we love it. Close to everything (we walk) which is great. Breakfast is delicious!!! The breakfast staffs and the housekeeper are polite!

The receptionist named Christine is so rude! She slammed my passport. I dont know what is her problem. If you are the front of the house, you should be welcoming and smile with the guest since you are the face of the Hotel.

Good breakfast, Nice and clean hotel. They let you leave your luggage.

There is a construction site behind the hotel and my room was right in front of it, with early annoying noises. Also I asked at check-in for late checkout and they said it was ok for 1 more hour, and extra for a price. Then the morning I had to leave I called again reception to confirm, still they call to my room with a bit of an attitude at checkout time, receptionists should communicate that type of things with each other.

First and foremost the staff. Each and every employee we came across with (e.g. reception, restaurant staff, maids, etc.) were very welcoming and helpful, which helped making our stay truly special—thank you all! The location is excellent. Great central neighborhood, plus the Goya metro station is just a couple minutes walk. Bed was comfortable, with two pillow options to choose from. The hotel is beautifully designed, and the good smell that welcomes you into the reception is a lovely touch! Breakfast is both generous and delicious, with a wide variety of options for vegetarians as well.

We would have liked to have some selection of vegetables on our breakfast (e.g. sliced cucumbers, sliced tomatoes, a little bottle of olive oil) as well as a vegan section (e.g vegan cheese, vegan omlette such as from chickpea flower, even if upon request). The view from our balcony (at the ninth and last floor) was fully blocked with a wood fence, so you could not see anything. We understand that a high fence might have been requested by their insurance company, however, a glass fence would make us feel a little better about our (otherwise lovely) room. This however was not a biggie since we came in winter.

The staff member Carmen was very nice, always accommodating, and ensuring I was well taken care of. They were very nice to keep my luggage safe while I was traveling around Europe.

The AC is a central system, so you can not control your room temperature. At summer time, this can be a bit of a problem. The handle of the bathroom feel off, and I was locked in the bathroom.

The breakfast was great everything very fresh and plenty of choice. We had 2 meals in the restaurant which were beautifully presented and delicious. When I picked a particular starter and main the waitress asked if I was hungry as my main was very filling. We went for a shared starter instead and she was right, I really appreciated her advice and help. All the staff went out of their way to assist and were extremely friendly, the room was clean, comfortable and had every facility.

They charge first day of the hotel and instead of paying the difference. They ask you to pay the full amount again . And they are refunding the first intake . Which is stupid it is been more than 5 days i did not reciebe any amount back .

Best location: near to great restaurants, bar, cafes, shopping and touristic attractions. Spacious room with great view after I have asked for a upgrade.

The reception and lobby areas could be remodelled. It has a strange layout and it's not possible to use it. Staff was not the most friendly (specially when compared with the other Vincci Hotel I stayed in) and requests like getting the luggage from storage or an ironing board needed to be asked twice before being done.

From beginning to end our stay was incredible. The reception was fantastic we saw a lady cally Christina? The room was spacious and very very clean. The only downside which spoilt it for us the room faced inwards to most other rooms and it was very very noisy so next time will ask for a back of the hotel room. The only other thing was the room was very hot even with the AC on, but apart from that amazing. We ate dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and the food and service was outstanding!

this is my fourth stay at Madrid - and the best. located in the business and premium area - the hotel is surrounded by plenty of Brand shopping options as well as the famous el corte ingles. 30 mins from airport and 3 kms from the bubbly and happening Gran via area. the hotel facilities and restaurant as well as housekeeping staff were over attentive to your need. i had two bookings done online thru booking.com hence for an 8 night stay and then 5 nights. so maybe you get to read double reviews

should have had heating option. Price is a bit more. paid almost 160 e per night for a 13 night stay
