Room size is perfect , patio and location

Breakfast is really weak side of hotel. Only eggs and sausage every day and you should order even if breakfast is included in your room, I’m really disappointed about breakfast !

This was our first stay at this hotel. It certainly won't be the last one. It is located in a quiet street off Serrano St. It is a boutique hotel. It only has 43 rooms so it won't be an issue having big crowds in the property. Our room in the fourth floor was pleasant beyond our expectations. It is an actual apartment with a living room, terrace, big closets and a kitchen with a fridge. It is close to Puerta de Alcala and Retiro Park. It is a more upscale part of Madrid and it reflects on the atmosphere of the neighbourhood. Our bed was very comfortable. The breakfast selection is one of the best I ever had. The restaurant is in the main floor at the back in an area called Gingko Garden. All the staff was really helpful and assist us with all our inquiries. We want to make a special mention to Juan Carlos and Carlos. This is the place we want to stay in when we visit Madrid again in the future.

The location was perfect. It was close to the place of my work and walking distance to the city center. There were also nice restaurants and cafés in the neighbourhood. The staff were extraordinary in kindness and professionalism. We did not have breakfast there but tried the hotel restaurant which we weren't impressed with. The room was much larger than we had expected which was great given one of us is on a wheelchair. There room even had a small kitchen and a cute sofa bed.

The room was supposedly wheelchair accessible. From a size and space perspective it was but it was impossible for an wheelchair user to transfer from wheelchair to shower-chair and back without help from an able bodied person. Hotels should assume that wheelchair users do travel alone and that they need to use all facilities independently. The quality of food at the restaurant was not so great. The staff were beyond amazing but the food was not that good.

The staff were excellent, very helpful, with prompt attention and service. The lady in charge of serving in the breakfast area was always so cheerful and so friendly, the breakfast was good- croissants and pastries, eggs cooked to your liking with your choice of bacon,cheese and mushrooms as well as mixed fruits and bread. The coffee was also very good! The bed was very comfortable, and room was very clean. Location was great, a quiet street just off the main Serrano avenue.

We would have appreciated hooks or towel bars to hang clothes and towels in the bathroom.

Lovely room, as requested on the third floor, with plenty of space and very comfortable twin beds. We also had a hob, microwave and sink with cutlery & crockery, which was all very useful. The shower was excellent. And the staff were all fantastic. We also liked being in a quiet street, close to the tranquil Retiro park, which was wonderful. We were really happy with this hotel, and would stay here again if/when we return to Madrid.

it’s a bit expensive, but worth it!

The hotel is located in a one-way street off the famous Calle de Serrano and surrounded by many good restaurants including hotel's own restaurant, Gingko Garden which is very decent. The street is very quiet. The room is spacious. The beds are large and comfortable. The kitchen includes a small stove and a microwave oven and is very convenient for a quick breakfast or a simple meal. Definitely will return if visiting Madrid again.

A box of kleenex will make the facility even better.

The location was perfect with all amenities close by and walking distance. The area is safe and there are many beautiful buildings, restaurants and cafés. Main museums are walking distance which was great. Very comfortable hotel and the staff was lovely.

There was nothing I didn’t like

Excellent service from the front desk to the restaurant. Very well maintained and loved the location! rooms are spacious and updated. Very comfortable altogether.

The sofa bed was really not comfortable for the third person in the room. It probably works for children but not for adults would prefer an extra bed.

Excellent- bed very comfortable air conditioning got room to perfect temperature easily. Spacious room. Good supply of nice toiletries. Very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Would have been nice to have coffee pods replaced- can be done at a charge but feel this is a basic thing in a hotel.

Location was perfect, quiet street but close to `touristic places`, nice and stylish neighborhood Salamanca, with nice shops and restaurants/cafe. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I loved the `wintergarden` where the restaurant is, and life music on saturday night. Beds were very comfortable! we had to use the sofa as bed number 3, so we missed a relax chair.

not a dislike but breakfast is not a buffet breakfast. You need some time as you have to choose a breakfast menu.
